★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove all the way from Ottawa just to try these infamous caramels and was very disappointed. The Vanilla Bean does not taste like vanilla at all and just regular caramel. I would have went with literally any other flavour if I knew and save the 13$ and gas mileage. I would have expected something in return for customer satisfaction but did not receive anything (refund, in store credit)…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make the most amazing caramels and caramel sauce! The best caramels I have ever had! It is well worth the wait for them to stock up! They go like hotcakes so try ordering online, the shipping is worth it! The zip lock pouches keep them fresh and make awesome gifts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t even begin to describe the brilliance of these caramels! I have been devouring (NOT an exaggeration!) them since they began in a farmhouse kitchen in Alberta. I had them shipped and immediately regretted not ordering more. Watching this brand grow has been a joy! Knowing they are a 20 minute drive away now is the best part of Pickle & Myrrh!!
PSA: EVERY single one of these caramels (how many varieties now?? I cannot keep up.) is handmade and hand wrapped. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. They are available fresh every Wednesday and sell out fast. You can order online too! So pay attention to the day of the week so you don’t miss out!! If you do, remember, they are worth the wait, they are worth the drive, they are worth the price and they are worth every calorie ha!

These sea salt caramels put all others to shame, you can tell the love and hard work that go into each of these pieces of heaven which is understandably why they run out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pickle and Myrrh is amazing. I recently bought my first caramels mid-October and absolutely fell in love with them. So much that everyone I know is getting them for Christmas this year and as house warming gifts! The customer service is phenomenal both in-store and through their email! They care about quality over quantity and it really shows in their caramels. They also offer a lot of other cool different products as well! I love supporting local businesses and I’d have to say Pickle and Myrrh is now one of my favourites! They are doing an amazing job with the influx of new customers they are currently seeing! I am now telling all my friends to check them out! I would 100% recommend anyone who is looking for delicious caramels to stop by or order online!
