If I could give 0 stars I would. They cancelled my appointment without leaving me any messages, and after waiting almost 2 weeks and a whole hour of my day for the doctors phone call that didn't come, I called them just to have them tell me "they tried to call me and left messages" (they did not leave any messages, I have confirmed this). Their only answer is to book me in over a week from today, no offer of cancellation lists, no apologies, no nothing. A few days ago I went to the ER for the same issue I had an upcoming appointment for - that means that the hospital would have faxed or emailed my doctor and the office a report of what happened and why I went there - so someone took that off the fax machine, looked at it, and for some reason didn't have a good enough head on their shoulders to see that I had no upcoming appointment. They should have phoned me at this point, or simply made another appointment for me. When I said why wasn't I emailed about the cancelled appointment? They said "We don't email". They place ALL responsibility on the patient and NONE on themselves. They are literally the worst office I have ever dealt with. I have worked in customer service for years and I would never treat people how they treat people. They refused to let my husband have a family doctor with us there because he missed 2 initial appointments (the first we were to go as a family and then he got a job and had to work, I thought no big deal - 5 out of 6 of us came, I had no idea that they had a 2 strikes and you're out rule- and the second appointment it was my fault he missed because it was only ever communicated to me - never to him. It was my ADHD's fault and he should not have been penalized) They had no sympathy or mercy when I said he was having symptoms and needed help. Dr. Rutherford does not believe in chronic Lyme issues despite a chorus of voices, and Dr. Rathwell is very kind but unfortunately very difficult to get through to because of a poorly managed office. I regularly used to wait 10-30 minutes on the phone before being hung up on when they answered. I will be contacting the the College of Physicians because at this point I believe that their poorly managed office is directing impacting my health.

I am very disappointed in my last appointment with Dr. Zakhem.. This was a follow up appointment regarding the medication I am on. Right from the start she was rushing the whole appointment It was rather unprofessional....I wanted to address one other mental health concern that I am having. It has been very hard for me to talk about how I have been feeling. I finally got the courage to talk about it and She rudely said "I don't know how you jumped from depression and anxiety to this? let's just stick to how the medication is making you feel." This through me off so the rest of the appointment was just me agreeing with her because I was really upset. She made me feel like I was bothering her by trying to talk about my mental health. I also mentioned that my therapist said I might have ptsd. She asked in the same rude tone if I was having nightmares to which I replied no. She then changed the subject saying she would send me a link to figure out on a scale where my depression and anxiety is... She never sent me the link. So if you have mental health concerns most definitely go to a different doctors office.

Thank you to Dr. Ben Walsh for taking extra time to listen to me regarding a complex health condition!! This medical facility has obvious enhanced sanitization protocals, and staff that are caring and efficient. Notwithstanding some negative comments by a small few other patients, as a retired business owner I truly appreciate the amount of enduring hard work that is required to make an organization run in the best of times and these are NOT the best of times. Well done.

Dr. Pelletier has been my family doctor for the last couple of years almost and I don't have anything but good things to say about her. Anyone would be so lucky and fortunate to have her as their family doctor! She is the best!!! I also think the staff is very professional and they are very helpful with concerns and questions at all times.

It's a busy clinic and there are wait times, but overall, the service is excellent. I've always had friendly service from reception, nurses, interns, and Drs.

Receptionists are extremely rude. Every time I’ve called to make an appointment they’ve been extremely rude and judgy to what I’m calling about. I made an appointment and they gave me a date that was over a month away. Then I get a call saying I have to pay $40 for a β€œno show” appointment. I told them I was given the wrong date and I shouldn’t have to pay but they were saying that there’s no proof so I have to pay. I got no call or e mail confirmation to confirm my appointment. Feel as though this is a scam and a way for them to get money. I would recommend recording every phone call you have to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I had an appointment scheduled for a certain procedure with Dr Rothwell. After driving 45 minutes there, 45 minutes back, plus toke more than half a day off work, Dr Rothwell "highly recommended" not having the procedure that day because of the timing in my cycle. But I was never asked when booking the appointment!? How is the patient to know if nobody asked the most important question to be able to receive this procedure?! What a waste of my time! It seems like it would be common sense, better yet, protocol to ask this simple question. My procedure was rescheduled. There was a miscommunication in rescheduling and I did not show up. I either completely forgot or got my dates wrong, I'm not entirely sure to be very honest. I got a call saying I owe $40 for my missed appointment. I apologized for the mix up and asked if we could bypass this charge seeing that my time was completely wasted the appointment before. I was out a days pay plus 1.5 hours of driving because of their mistake, so lets call it a wash. Seems more than fair. Nope. I had to pay the $40. It's more about the principal than the money. Zero accountability for completely wasting the patients day.... but pay up if you waste a 15 minute appointment for the doctor. Respect for a persons time should go both ways. But clearly Dr Rothwell does not see it this way. I won't be seeing him again. I will continue to see Dr Suzanne Rutherford, she is thorough and has a lovely personality. (No need for clinic staff to make a Google comment to "follow up" with me for show. We've already been over the details.) Note: the receptionist was very patient and understanding of the situation. She was great.

I had been with this clinic for over 18 years or so, but I found myself looking for another doctor, not because the doctor was incompetent but for the very rude receptionist and office manager. never in my life have I dealt with people so rude, and I have a lot of years under my belt. Now I understand that a few doctors have left or are leaving as for the office manager, sorry to see the doctors leave but not the office manager. This was a wonderful clinic with great people working there but it has gone down hill in the last 4 years, I will never to back.
