This place is the best! I called the office last week as I was having an issue that required immediate assistance. They let me come right away and fixed my issue within 10 minutes. The office is extremely clean and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place! :)

the dental office is very clean and the dentist only sees one patient at a time. I didn't have to wait to be seen, the staff member was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Le was very professional, honest and took the time to explain my problems. He made me feel very comfortable and I trust his honesty and wealth of knowledge.

Dr. Le has been my dentist since I've moved to Toronto. He has a high attention to detail while being professional & comforting. His new dental practice is state-of-art & clean. Although he relocated to a new location & it increased my drive significantly, I chose to stay with him because of my excellent dental outcomes as a direct result of his care. I'd highly recommend Dr. Le for new patients!

After struggling to find a dentist in downtown Toronto, it's been so amazing to find the most caring, reliable, and brilliant team at Richmond West Dental. I have learning disabilities that can make negotiating appointments difficult, but the receptionist, Arden (who is also the fantastic dental assistant) was so welcoming and patient with me, especially in helping me to book and navigate new systems. When I first arrived in clinic, she was the first person I met and she is so warm and friendly, which is a big contrast to what I have experienced before. Dr Le is so lovely, thorough and considerate, and really takes his time to make sure patients understand their health and all procedures. His personality is very friendly and relatable, super reassuring and professional, with incredible results. I have had 3 appointments so far (a cleaning, a very complex filling, and some cosmetic dental work) and each time he was completely transparent about what would happen, why, and what to expect. As someone who is not covered by insurance, I like that he is not the type of dentist to push patients to have unnecessary treatment. The appointments didn't take long, but also I didn't feel like the team was rushing me in and out, and they were always on time. My results are AMAZING, and Dr Le is so professional in his approach - you can tell he is very passionate about delivering amazing dental care. He spent a lot of time and effort making sure everything was done thoroughly, and to ensure colours would be matched perfectly, which meant a lot, as the complex filling was right at the front of my mouth. It is the nicest dentist's office I've been to - very modern and they have a lot of tech to keep patients more informed and comfortable. They even use TVs to show the treatment plan and photos of exactly what Dr Le is discussing (and they also let you watch whatever you want as you have your appointment!) It is immaculate - perfectly sterile as you'd expect, but also has a stylish atmosphere and decor. The bathroom is legitimately stunning, which was a huge surprise! The clinic is well-situated and can be easily accessed through streetcars from Union or Spadina station, and/or the Queen or King streetcars. There is a Green P parking lot just across the street. I am SO glad I found them, and highly recommend this awesome clinic!

I have jumped around a couple of different dentists in the past and I can confidently say that Dr Le and his team are the best dentistry I have ever been to! Dr Le has amazing attention to detail and really cares about getting everything done perfectly and comfortably for the patient. I had a few complicated fillings and he took his time to get them done well because you can tell that he really cares about his patients (which is a huge reason why he is a great dentist).

Choosing a Dentist you trust and feel comfortable with can be a hard choice. I made the best decision when I choose Richmond West Dental. The Team is devoted to their clients. Dr. Le was very professional and thorough. He made the experience fun and painless. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to address my concerns. The Receptionist/Assistant, Arden is very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Also, making you feel at home.
