A	April van Ert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a cab to pick me up at a hotel at 4am for a 6am flight. When they arrived, they took another ride and left us stuck and late for the airport. I called the dispatch and the guy said it wasn’t his fault and when I tried to suggest that they maybe talk to their drivers about confirming who they’re picking up, he hung up on me.
T	Tammy Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 cabs. Only one showed. Refused my service dog took my bags out of cab and left. Called dispatch he ordered 2 more. They refused my service dog until dispatch said they HAD too. Drivers are so rude!!!

I called to ask why and they said they didn’t do pick up at my address, even though they confirmed the booking. Luckily another company had a car close by so it didn’t mess up my trip. I know which company I’m not calling next time
K	Kevin and Wendy Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi driver #68 was a life saver for us. Delta Sunshine taxi cab dropped us off at the wrong address and wouldn't do anything to help when we called back. This driver for Richmond Taxi just happened to be dropping someone off where we were wrongly left. He was very nice and immediately took us to the correct address.
T	Trevor Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At approx 4:20pm on Sat Oct 2 near the intersection of 120 St & 99 Ave, I witnessed Richmond Taxi R125 make a very sudden lane change in front of another car, causing this other car to swerve in order to avoid being hit by the Richmond Taxi that was encroaching into its lane. Unfortunately, the second car ended up sideswiping another car while it was avoiding the Richmond taxi. After pulling over to let the collision drivers know what I saw and provide my details, I thought I'd call Richmond Taxi to let them know what I had seen their driver do. The dispatcher told me I should call the police (fair enough) but was completely disinterested in knowing any other details. He did not ask for the car number. He did not ask about the welfare of the other drivers. He certainly didn't offer to have someone call for, or offer himself to take more details. I'm not a fan of the Ubers and Lyfts of the world. However if this is how taxi drivers behave and how taxi companies feel about their drivers causing accidents, perhaps it is time for a few alternatives.

The driver for three of the trips arrived on time, knew how to use the restraining straps for the wheelchair, and was very helpful. One driver called us once for our location, and we saw him turn into the parking lot, turn into where we were and leave the area 20 seconds later. We had to call dispatch to get him back. When he came back he lied, saying that he had been parked the entire time and was calling us. We will continue to use the service, but a little honesty would help.
R	Raman Dhaliwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meant to write this review a few months ago when Taxi number R67 was the worst driver I ever had. He did not welcome me as I entered his vehicle, and had loud Punjabi music playing the whole ride. When I arrived at my destination, it was like he wanted me to get out as quickly as possibly and when I thanked him, he had a rude comment back. My complaint about the driver of cab R67 was heard about to every other taxi driver as they asked me about what happened each ride after that. I do have to give props to the other taxi drivers, I don’t remember their names or taxi number, but they all are super great. They are super friendly, want you to be comfortable, and tell you great life stories. Thank you to those who provided me amazing service and to R67, I truly hope you gained more respect for your passengers!

I called yesterday to book in advance to make sure hubby wasn't late for work and the driver still hasn't arrived and it's 15 minutes late. I called dispatch and was told the driver is "still a ways away". If the driver had arrived on time, he would have been punctual at his new job. Tip: If you need to be somewhere on time, find a more reliable service.
