β β β β β comparing to the poor qualityοΌ the price is not good. We can get thepungent smell after we took the floor home 4 days.The sales showed us the sample but gave us another one. When we tried to returnοΌ he said the one same to the sample was sold out, they only produce the one which he gave us and forced we to pay 20% of the payment for return because we opened the package. Obviously he knew the floor he sold to us was not the one he showed us.But if he didn't cheat us, we won't take the floor back home and open them. Really bad experience. Shame on you!

β β β β β After searching long and hard I finally found the floors I wanted for the best price and and available in stock. It was like a miracle walking in there and finding everything I needed.
The price was comparably very competitive. John from Richmond Floors & moldings provided exceptional customer service, and even matched me with installers that were available to complete the job within 3 days. Total job was five rooms and 1200 square feet.
If you want to do your hardwood floors I highly recommend you go to visit is this location, it made my life so much easier and in the end I am 100% completely satisfied with my decision.
