★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time because my tire was leaking. My car was taken in right away. They found a nail in it, plugged it and filled it up for me. They did all of this within 15 minutes and didn't charge me at all. I was very greatfull and will definitely be going here again!! Very impressed with their customer service. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going here for over 5 years and would not go anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. They do a wonderful job and the price is right along with the fact they do the job right the first time and do not take you to the cleaners. When my vehicle had an issue and needed to be looked at right away they squeezed me in to look at it and since parts needed to be ordered they drove me home so I would not be sitting around. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

They are honest and accommodating and take the time to know my cars and talk to me about the work and upcoming work. I've been 3 or 4 times now and will be a regular customer in the future. The prices are also very fair and competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for peace of mind and a mechanic you can trust to do their best work and never inflate their invoice or the scope of the problem, Steve and his team at Richmond Autocare are IT! Great value. Great work. And HONEST - which means the most to me. I’ve had a Nissan Rogue, Mercedes B250, and now a Ford Explorer, and he’s serviced them all so well.
My favorite story - a local Mercedes dealership quoted me $4K to fix my power steering. Steve figured it out with used parts for $1,200. Quality work too.
Be sure to plan your visit! Not much space to wait for your vehicle on-site during Covid.
You won’t regret choosing this team!

Big shout out to Richmond Auto Care Centre! Today was my first experience with them and the customer service was unparalleled.
My vehicle suddenly, without warning, stalled in traffic. As luck would have it, it was near closing time on a Friday. I received temporary assistance from a towing service (the second one I called) and was advised to not turn off my to my vehicle and to have it looked at ASAP.
The first place I went to told me they couldn’t help me as they were closing.
Fearing I’d be stranded for the weekend I reached out to Richmond Autocare Center. Despite it being a Friday night, and 5 minutes from closing, Steve Holmes, the owner assured me he could help. He personally stayed to welcome me, identified the problem and repaired my vehicle in record time! Customer service that went above and beyond for a stranger. That is true service. Thank you! You’ll never know what your kindness meant to this single Momma today!

If it needs something and they recommend a repair you can ask questions to feel comfortable with the repair before they proceed. They found economical alternatives for my repair and kept my car on the road two years longer than I thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to Richmond Auto care for years. Will always go to them for any car make or model. They are the most honest and straightforward mechanics. They tell you what's wrong, give you options and look for cost effective options. The one big thing for me is, they are always thinking about your safety (can you drive the vehicle, is it safe to drive, how can they make the experience better for you). It is human kindness and community caring that sets them apart. You feel truly part of their family as a customer. I can only say good things about them!!!
