Ils vendent des coupons 2 pour 100$ qui offrent 4 changements d'huile et quelques autres services, lors de l'achat ils me disent que pour l'huile synthétique c'est 10$ de plus par changement d'huile. J'achète les coupons et une semaine plus tard je prends rendez-vous pour un changement d'huile synthétique et c'est maintenant 50 $ de plus par changement d'huile. Je demande d'ajuster le prix comme il avait été convenu, ils me le refusent et me refusent également un remboursement. Je demande donc à annuler mon rendez-vous et Madelaine, une réceptionniste au tact hors du commun, me dit "je vais te l'enlever ton CRISS de rendez vous" et me raccroche la ligne au nez.
Lorsque je rappel à plusieurs reprises, il n'y a plus de reponses..
Donc un 100$ (115$ avec taxes pour AUCUN service)
I do not recommend this garage for the following reasons.
They sell coupons 2 for $ 100 which offer 4 oil changes and some other services, when buying they tell me that for synthetic oil is $ 10 more per oil change. I buy the coupons and a week later I make an appointment for a synthetic oil change and it's now $ 50 more per oil change. I ask to adjust the price as it was agreed, they refuse me and also refuse me a refund. When I call again and again, there are no more answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand on parle de service... LE garage le plus de service le vendredi soir( y a 2 semaines), passé 17h. Un flat sur l'autoroute entre Québec-Montréal, aucun garage d'ouvert autre CT et celui-ci. Non seulement ouvert mais a aussi fait la réparation rapidement alors que CT me faisait patienter sans même être sûr me passer... pour un flat. Résultat, vous avez aidez un gars en détresse un vendredi soir... MERCI BEAUCOUP !!
When we talk about service ... THE garage with the most service on Friday evening (2 weeks ago), after 5 p.m. A flat on the highway between Quebec-Montreal, no garage open other MOT and this one. Not only opened but also made the repair quickly while CT made me wait without even being sure to pass ... for a flat. As a result, you helped a guy in distress on a Friday night ... THANKS A LOT !!
