★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai reçu un bon service à la clientèle. Un personnel accueillant et gentil. Par contre, le temps de réparation a pris 1 mois et demi pour un travail simple. Je n'ai pas eu aucun suivi et à chaque fois que j'appelais, il me répondait que je devrais recevoir mon automobile bientôt (ce qui n'était pas le cas). À cause de cela, je ne retournerai jamais à ce garage.
I received good customer service. A welcoming and kind staff. On the other hand, the repair time took 1 month and a half for a simple job. I did not have any follow up and every time I called, he told me that I should receive my car soon (which was not the case). Because of that, I will never go back to this garage.

En attente de l’estimation durant plusieurs semaines, chaque fois que j’appelais, personne ne me répondais et si on me répondait, j’avais comme réponse que mon dossier était en attente ou finalement passé entre deux chaises.
Pour la commande des pièces, plus de 4 mois avant de les recevoir et que dire du délais de réparation. Même chose pour mon conjoint.
Plus jamais ce garage. Je suis allée chez carXpert finalement. Pas déçue.
Worst customer service received.
Waiting for the estimate for several weeks, each time I called, no one answered me and if I was answered, I had the answer that my file was on hold or finally passed between two chairs.
For the order of parts, more than 4 months before receiving them and what about the repair times. Same thing for my spouse.
Never again this garage. I went to carXpert eventually. Not disappointed.
