β β β β β Made an appointment for 9am on A Thursday, took my car to the shop at 9am and the place wasnβt open so I returned one hour later and still nobody was there. I called twice and nobody answered. I then called two hours later and they answered saying they stayed up late the night before so they came in late, then they told me I canβt bring my car in today and they will have to do it on Monday instead. Absolutely Horrible.

β β β β β We had 2 appointments booked for 0830. We arrived at 0815 and waited until 0930. The first time they opened 2 days later, the second time it was 3 days later. Neither time did they call to cancel or rebook. Very bad business practice to leave a customer waiting. While we waited many other people with appointments were also left in the lurch. :( :(

β β β β β Iβve had Ritchies Auto Body work on 3 of my vehicles. On my truck he saved me over $3,000 because he flawlessly repaired a panel and bumper rather than replace them. He comes highly recommended.
