At 7 Richgrove Dr., we have been dealing with a SERIOUS infestation problem by roaches. The unit has had been treated by the pest control company Citron couple of times by just applying the gel to the kitchen cabinets and placing some sticky traps here n there. However, this has not solved the problem at all. We are still seeing roaches from baby sizes to adult whether its - kitchen cabinets, shelves, carpets, toaster, etc. I have attached a picture showing the problem. It is a very much threat to our daily hygiene and living. I request Minto to kindly take some serious action against this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

My 5 years living at 7 Richgrove Dr was excellent. My apartment was very spacious. Rowena made my stay here very pleasant. Anytime I needed assistance, she was very helpful, professional, reliable, and vigilant.

Been living at 21 for nearly 3 years. In that time i've had 2 roach infestations, 1 bed bug infestation, and plenty of ants. They have posters saying to require masks but I see more people without than with. Elevators are regularly left out of service, and the top floors are really hot thanks to all the heat below. I have to leave my balcony door open during the winter so it's tolerable. They also have not dealt with screaming children running in the halls/without masks on despite my multiple complaints. especially while working from home. That being said, multiple issues were resolved, they dealt with the infestations, and more people are wearing masks now.

I would like to take the time to really share with you all the amazing service that 7-21-620 Martin grove Management demeaner of Daniella Atkins- She has been very professional and over standing of issues and concerns that i have had to address her with . You always read about the negative unhappy tenant complaints - who if you look at their suite maybe the reason for their concern. With the way this new world is now - we have revolved in such negative expressive behavior- So I'm going to change it up in hopes this review gets to the upper Minto Management team... T One of the issue she handled was parking issue that led to such craziness that with it all - both parties content and rewarded us with Tim Horton's gift card .Just know she does maintain the upkeep demeanor of professionalism. I am a professional female who live in building 7 and knowing that MINTO has Daniella really makes up any type of negative outlook of building the two richview buildings. She deals with issues at hand and efficiently and t the same time her energy is so trust worthy. I have been in this building since 2012 and i really commend New management having Miss Atikins part of the team. With the new look of the building Minto really needs to continue to build that professional and classiness that the other MINTO buildings eg on yorkville area etc. I hope that upper management sees what value she brings to their business because at the end of it all its also business; its not always about money or being black and white , Daniela actually is very supportive and over stands a lot of concerns that i had and especially with the affect of the Pandemic on us business owners and living individually in the unit - she surpasses concern.. Se is again a huge asset to our richview community. Look forward to dealing with her in the future . Thank you Minto for Daniela >

If you are considering moving here DON’T!!!!! The laundry top up machine almost never works so you will not be able to wash or dry your clothes for days at a time. If your neighbors cook food you will almost always smell it in your unit. There are cockroaches in the lobby. Also, the intercom NEVER works. Lastly the staff have a tendency to be rude and they will not take your complaints seriously. Living here stresses me out you are better off finding another apartment complex to live in.

This review is for 7 Richgrove Drive I moved in this building 11 years ago, to date I have absolutely no regrets moving. My unit is comfortable clean and very spacious (just how I like it). I find the property management team very friendly and professional, Rowena is amazing. Recently, I expressed to Joey one the superintendent that my stove had become grimy in areas that I was unable to reach, unless certain parts were unscrewed and opened. Regardless of his very busy schedule, he came and unscrewed and opened the areas that needed to be cleaned. I was so grateful because I like everything clean. This is a great place to live, family or individual, there are people living for almost 30 years
