Our questions were always answered immediately. Our move into our suite was seamless and we had access to the best staff we could have imagined. The buildings were always decorated with beautiful fresh floral arrangements and festive decorations for each holiday. Residents were treated to coffee and social gatherings...during times of change we have observed how careful and confident the management has responded. We have watched this building build BBQ patios, pergolas, plant flowers & clean our lobbies until they shine. Our visitor parking is easily accessible and our indoor parking is such a pleasure. This detail may not cross your mind until you move into a building without it...Our parking has one way in and one way out ... we do not share cars coming and going in both directions...This is not common and a real luxury in design. I would recommend you strongly consider Widdicombe Place as your next home and perhaps your home to experience your future with your families. The problem has been completely resolved and he was very meticulous about making sure that the area was thoroughly cleaned up when he finished. His friendly personality made the entire experience a very pleasant one !
A	Anastasia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time having to leave a Google review. I am surprised at the high ratings for professionalism and responsiveness because it hasn’t been my experience. I contact the leasing office on a Tuesday to inquire about units that were available through the website. I was advised that the price of the units fluctuate like “airline tickets”, and to call back on Friday to schedule a self guided tour of the units for the next day, which was Saturday. I did as I was advised, called and left a voicemail message on Friday. No call back. Saturday came and went and no call back. I contacted the company again on Wednesday, this time through the email portal on the website. I listed which units I wanted to see and their corresponding prices. It’s been 13 days since my initial contact and I feel disheartened by this entire experience with Widdicombe Place. I can understand working though a pandemic can be challenging, but no contact, even to advise we are working on it, is truly is disappointing and unprofessional, and literally the opposite of responsiveness.
C	Corey Chenier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live with responsive staff, professional management and beautiful units. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious unit in a nice building. With s mixture of older units and new units, it is hard to go wrong choosing one that fits your style. The price point is perfect and comes with security, concierge 24/7, pool, multiple gyms and game rooms. The indoor pool, tenis court and pool table are fun activities to have. The units themselves are huge. The layouts fantastic. Our two bed, two bath was perfect. The ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet were icing on top. The average time to get maintenance to fix something is quite fast. Typically same day. The downside to this building is also an upside. This building has an active tenant union/association which is pay to play. They are a headache but obviously effective as this is the best place to stay in Toronto. Personally, we will rent here again as few buildings in Toronto are as bug free, well maintained as this one. The tenants are like minded and friendly, the concierge staff attentive and the small things you never knew you needed will become critical if you ever move on. Keep it up. 10/10

Yes, the units are spacious but the WORK ORDERS NEVER GET FULFILLED. Orian Property Management will ignore your emails and any work order requests you need completed! It has been over 6 months from my initial request. I've emailed several times and NO REPLIES. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET HERE...! My next step is to report them to BBB!
B	Bob P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service person had familiarity with the problem and was an easy fix. The deliverers of the clothes front load washer, failed to remove the shipping bolts at the back which prevented the spin cycles to be smooth and quiet, which it is now. Thanks !
J	Jeanette gledhill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am impressed by the quality of the maintenance workers.I have had many different problems and they have all been dealt with in a professional manner showing me respect.,From dishwasher,to under the sink,to blinds, to heat and cold issue and others., all have been solved. The one issue that has not been solved is the snow removal from the patio. It snowed ,then froze then snowed again causing a build up of ice which made it extremely slippery.it takes approx. 10 minutes to shovel a path to the door so it should be done.
