★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son participated in a free drop-in ice skating lessons put on by the City of Edmonton at the outdoor ice rink here. The ice was very well maintained. Even after dark the rink was very well-lit. While there wasn't a warming shelter, the community centre did have a very nice (warm!) change room for changing in and out of skates and whatnot. A shelter nearer the rink would been helpful as I had an infant with me. Overall, however, my son was very pleased with this park, as was I.
