★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented 2 homes with richer in 2yrs, they were always quick to respond with any issues we had, and were accommodating when we were looking for a place to live. When we moved out we got our damage deposits back with no issues, and they were clear about what their expectations were. IF we ever needed to rent in GP again, they will be the first people we call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talked with staff and gave notice that I was to move out on the first. On the last day of the month I received a letter under my door that I was in fault for not being moved out that day. They held me liable for the hotel and moving costs of the new tenant. Goodbye security deposit even though I left the place spotless on the the day I said I was moving out.
I reported that there was an issue with the plumbing when i moved in. They said it would get fixed, it wasn't. Had a large hole in the fourth floor balcony they said they would fix. They didn't.
Avoid these people at all costs. It wouldn't hurt to record all conversations with these people as well if you have no other rental options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very awful people to rent from said I had my vehicle parked in visitors parking when was parked in my parking and sold it and then took more then Half my damage deposit when I cleaned that awful apartment for 2 days would never recommend to anyone ever what a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - The unit was very clean and well kept when I moved in. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and they exceeded my expectations.
- Liane was always quick to reply to any maintenance issues, or noisy neighbours issues, and sometimes she even replied to my concerns over the weekend which was very nice. She always replied on the same day or the very next day at the latest.
- Their office takes credit card as a method of payment for rent so I could pay over the phone which was very convenient.
- I received my security deposit back immediately after I moved out.
- When I unexpectedly had to cancel my lease agreement, Richer Realty was understanding and worked with me so I didn’t have to pay any cancellation fees.
- I have rented with three property management companies in Grande Prairie and I definitely felt like this was one of the best. The biggest difference I’ve noticed between renting from the bigger property management companies versus Richer’s locally owned business, is Richer cares for their tenants. They're not just a “money grabbing” business. If I didn’t have to leave, I would have rented with them until I was ready to buy my own home.

Be very wary - document any and all interactions and make sure you don’t get conned into not being there for a move out walk thru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we moved in some doors wouldn’t close and had to clean the bathrooms. After trying to move out they are way to picky and just wanting to make us pay more. I would not recommend this group and will not be dealing with them ever
