★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Key Rental. i gave their property back cleaner than i got, still they took more than half of my security deposit. I don't recommend Key property. And according to inspection report I was told that everything is cleaner and in good condition when we returned the keys and everything. But they just returned less than half of my deposit the next day. I contacted the agent but I am not satisfied with their service or response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication with owners of properties they manage. There are grey areas in managing properties yes but, there is a lack of professionalism dealing with actual owners of said properties.
Will be more than willing to ammend this review if things improve at their office. Until then, i feel like renter who can get kicked out of my own home at this point. Unimpressive management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff. Constantly harassment residents. Would not wish having to detail with these guys on my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible treatment. If you can avoid resting or owning a home managed by key property I strongly recommend doing so. Would give zero stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner and I, both were very confused with their management. First, the assistant manager, Kerrie, was very rude to both a owner and a tenant. She sent the incorrect notice out of first 2 notices. While we try to figure out what’s going on, she sent the 3rd notice like there was nothing happened. Before the 3rd notice got to me I thought she already charged me for $50.00. I paid the amount right away with the issue they brought it out.
Then she illegally took my money without telling me I had 10 more days to deal with the issue. She admitted the previous error but told me they can not reverse the fee because they already received it. She also told me that they will just take money if tenants are giving it to them. Where in the world, people just give $50 when they don’t have to.
She knows what she did is wrong. But she didn’t want to deal with it right then and there and refused to have more talk on the phone. I have to wait the whole weekend to deal with them. The worst attitude and arrogance I have ever dealt with in my life. It was a very incompetent service that can’t not be trusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude Rude Rude!!!! Very unprofessional never been treated so poorly in my life. Literally in tears from having to speak with their staff. Dread any emails received from them. Trish might be one of the most awful individuals I’ve ever had to deal with. Serious anxiety from all the harassment. Don’t live in any property managed by them they will harass you constantly to the point you will be afraid to breathe in your own home.

The staff carry themselves in a very professional and positive manner.
Communicating with them is quick, easy, and if there were any concerns they were prompt in resolving it!
They really care about their tenants!
I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a professionally managed rental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, so many people are wildly misinformed of what property management companies do. Given that they manage with their hands mostly tied, they get a lot of flack for what owners, bylaws, and condo corporations pay them to carry out. I encourage anyone who feels frustrated with their property management companies to reach out to them and find out if the issues you are having are actually because of policies and bylaws. I have a lot of respect for this company taking so much heat on the chin despite doing their jobs (and very well I might add).
This company is run and operated by knowledgeable and experienced individuals who clearly care a lot about the people they are servicing. I’m in awe of their dedication to doing things by the book and with grace. I highly recommend Key Property to anyone looking for property management services. They are definitely the best of the best in Grande Prairie!
