J’ai passer une commande fin juin 2020 pour des armoires pour mon garage chez ce fournisseur. En partant, les délais de livraison on été plus long que prevue. Par la suite le cauchemar a commencer, la commande n’étais pas complète et le setup proposé n’était pas compatible avec la configuration de mon garage (ils ont mal calculé, lorsqu’ils ont fait le plan). J’ai essayé de m’expliquer avec mon représentant mais il ne veut rien comprendre. Là je me retrouve avec 3 armoires sur six de fonctionnelle, mais qui ne vont pas à la bonne place, une multitude de boîtes pour monter des armoires non complète et mon garage encombré......
Je ne sais pas quand ce cauchemar va finir et comment, mais jusqu’à maintenant, je suis très déçu et je ne vous recommande pas ce fournisseur! Dommage les armoires qu’ils vendent sont très belle.
Very disappointed!
I placed an order at the end of June 2020 for cabinets for my garage with this supplier. On departure, the delivery times were longer than expected. Then the nightmare started, the order was not complete and the proposed setup was not compatible with the configuration of my garage (they miscalculated when they made the plan). I tried to explain myself to my representative but he didn't want to understand anything. Here I find myself with 3 out of six functional cabinets, but which do not go to the right place, a multitude of boxes to mount incomplete cabinets and my cluttered garage ......
I don’t know when and how this nightmare will end, but so far I am very disappointed and do not recommend this supplier to you! Too bad the cabinets they sell are very beautiful.
