★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a big liars, not recommended at all, they say something and you discover later all hidden facts.
They told you that the car was with just one proprietary but when buy the car and want to register the vehicle, you will notice how many proprietaries !! and last one drive the car for 20,000km in just 6 months!!
Mazda pre-owned certified car, it was the same, 160 inspection points!!! They fill the report by them self, and you see items on the report mentioned "Neuf'' like brakes but in fact 70% of the brakes was consumed!!
What they called "After sale service" is ridiculous, they try their best to avoid any reasonable repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the car less than a year ago. Drove well and everything. On the road cleaned the windshield, noticed a crack. Thought it was from the temperature difference and the windshield fabrication problem. Came to the dealership, a guy looked at it with a pen, noticed something of less than 1mm: "Here is the point of impact, it was a rock, not our problem. Take this address, go there and change the window completely, it's completely on you."
Yeah, sure, great service guys, keep it up!
Awful place, would never come back to buy another mazda, and would never recommend any of my family members. Their website stipulates: "At Mazda Canada, we're committed to your satisfaction. We don't just want to sell you a vehicle – we want you to be absolutely delighted with every aspect of your experience with us, from buying to driving to service, which is why we are offering you this program. Mazda offers you the service and protection you need to maximize your driving performance wherever you go in Canada or the continental U.S."
WHERE IS THE SERVICE? WHERE IS THE COVERAGE? You sold the car, whatever happens after according to your customer service - NOT YOUR PROBLEM. Dissatisfied customer for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Mazda Chatel for one of their used cars on Wed and I mentioned that I was interested in the car. The guy named Marc-antoine assured me he would send me the detailed information regarding the car and I have never received anything. On Monday, I called back to do the follow up and they said that they have sold the car to someone this morning.
The level of their irresponsibility is unbelievable. I mean it was just sending an email and I lost another car at another dealership because of them.
