We waited so like 20 minutes for microwave food. Pupusas were old and pre heated. The salchipapa had hard fries and mircowaved sausages and the cheese they used is just wrong , that left a hard shell of cheese on top...They are expensive too everything is 10$ up. The only thing that was decent was the horchata but not amazing. Im not super picky either... and im latino so i usually support latin start ups and all... but this... is a big no for me.

Ive eaten here since it opened and continue to be more and more impressed with each visit. It fills my heart with joy knowing this is family owned and they are dedicated to making others happy. The empanadas de carne are only $2.75 and you easily get filed up with two, its quite cheap and the prices are fair for the amount of food they give you, I always have leftovers to take home with. Plus they have drinks from every part of south america available and if they don't have it, theyll make it for you, the food is so fresh and the Bandeja Paisa is just like home and is Paisa approved! very spacious, good vibes and music

About service, I say nothing because was good, the waitress was very friendly to us. The problem was the food. Salchipapa was ok, but I ordered a Colombian tamal and it was too dry with no taste. Horchata was too expensive and it tasted like water. Prices are too high for what they truly offer.
