Awesome concept! We all loved the place and had a great stay! I recently stayed at the Taylor street half duplex (3 bed, 2.5 bath). We slept 6 very comfortably; the place is very spacious, beautifully finished, and well laid out. It was much more economical and comfortable than staying in a hotel. Marco was really good to us and let us check out late.

We have a small child, so the extra bedroom, kitchen, and laundry made life much easier for us. They provided a bi weekly cleaning service and all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Not to mention we had a beautiful view of the river and were close to all downtown has to offer. Highly recommend!

The building was clean and quiet, the suite was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed dishes and accessories. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a home away from home.

The condo was in an excellent location - literally steps away from Broadway and all that that offers. The suite had everything one could need for a comfortable stay. A real home, away from home. I highly recommend RhodeHouse and would use them again should the need arise.

The accommodations were very clean and updated. The building was quiet and well maintained. It was in an absolutely perfect location; close to downtown & close to Broadway Avenue. A beautiful park was across the street which was on the bank of the river. I had access to an underground, heated parking garage which was ideal for the cold winter months. Every second week a cleaning lady would clean the suite and extreme attention was paid to every detail. I was absolutely spoiled. All I had to do was show up. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone that needs to live away from home for a short term stay. Thank you so much for making my stay so easy.

I highly recommend Rhode House for anyone requiring a short or long term stay. Included with their rate was underground parking and bi-weekly maid service, which was amazing. The suite was fully stocked with all the supplies needed since I had been put out of my home at such short notice without anything more than clothing.

Both were safe and secure, there is a great weekly maid service which was a real treat, and both had different qualities about them. The Renaissance is right by the river and the Broadway bridge, near the trendiest area of Saskatoon. The Madrid is on the east side close to circle drive, a convenient way to get around the city. It also features a beautiful deck and is very quiet and relaxing. Rhode house has exceptional, friendly customer service and fair prices for fully furnished suites.

We did not face any issues during our month long stay with family. The place is close to 8th street. Door deliveries of all essentials is available. Cabs and buses also easily available.
