Les 2 rendez-vous confirmés par le personnel administratif, soit la prise de mesures et ensuite l'installation, n'ont pas été respectés par le technicien. Pour la prise de mesure, il ne s'est tout simplement pas présenté! On ne me laissait pas savoir qu'il y aurait du retard ou un report du rendez-vous. Il n'y a pas eu d'excuses de la part du technicien. Une bien mauvaise expérience.
It was unpleasant doing business with Vitrerie Magog. I bought a glass for the shower. The 2 appointments confirmed by the administrative staff, namely the taking of measurements and then the installation, were not respected by the technician. For the measurement, he simply did not show up! They didn't let me know that there would be a delay or a rescheduling of the appointment. There was no apology from the technician. A very bad experience.
