★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used Dale and his wifes online marketing service few times over the past 10 years and are very satisfied with the outcome! With their services we were able to have more negotiation room for the buyers and both sides saved lots of money, but one instance a buyer still wanted to be represented by a realtor and still we negotiated a final price and still only paid 1 commission instead of two!
