Ils ont pris le temps de m’expliquer la cause des problèmes, les travaux qu’ils allaient faire et les avantages et inconvénients de procéder de différentes façons. Je les engageraient de nouveau sans hésiter. I used them mainly for Electrical work related to the installation of a heat pump in a condo. Professional and courteous service. They took the time to explain to me the cause of the problems, the work they were going to do, and the pros and cons of doing it in different ways. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Je les ai donc appelé, j'ai laissé un message vocale avec mes coordonnées pour quils me rappellent et je n'ai pas eu de retour d'appel non plus. J'ai donc dû faire affaire avec une autre compagnie. Je trouve le service à la clientèle plutôt médiocre dans ma situation... I went to their website and emailed them explaining my need and got no response from them. So I called them, left a voicemail message with my contact details for them to call me back and didn't get a call back either. So I had to do business with another company. I find the customer service rather poor in my situation ...
