★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and unreliable. I booked Rhianna for my wedding 6 weeks before the event. We emailed back and forth and she issued me an invoice and asked that I pay half up front. I was looking forward to working with her based on a family recommendation. She did not show up to my wedding. No phone call, no text, no communication at all. I texted her and got no answer. I called her and she said she would call right back. 15 minutes later I called again and got her voicemail. I was worried that she had been in an accident. Thank goodness for my hair stylist who had a friend that was a make up artist who came and saved us at the last minute. Eventually Rhianna texted but offered no explanation for her absence or unprofessional behaviour. She refunded my money a few days later. In the end its only make up but it still added stress and disappointment to my wedding day.
