★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than one star I would. Single handedly the worst internet provider ever. Charging me for a package I couldn't receive for over a year, the absolute slowest speeds you could imagine. So slow that speed tests won't even make a connection. So many problems with this provider. The people in customer support aren't the problem. It's the higher ups that won't admit their towers are over used and can't handle the traffic. Rediculus that I have to pay for something that never works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been 12 months since signing up for installation, and now I've just been told I'll have to wait another 6 months, despite just being told it would be a matter of weeks. I missed my chance to get starlink and I'm stuck working at home for another winter on satellite internet. It should be called RFsomeday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent internet speeds, but the customer service is horrible. Had to wait 5 months for it to be hooked up which would have been okay if we were given that as a timeline but they would never answer how long it would take, they'd just ignore the question. Once it was installed it was done incorrectly since there's no communication between the different installation teams so they had to come back a week later to fix it. Then when billing came around we were never informed about how they charge you a month in advance. 90% of our issues were with customer service and how they give you no information on anything and expect you to just go along with it
