M	Melissa Sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refuse to what doctors are prescribing, and has a very rude pharmaceutical staff, don't bother asking for Tylenol #1s . God forbid they actually help people who need it !
M	Muñoz - Fernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to buy last minute stuff or gift cards and emergency products or to get your Rx if you can't get to a Shoppers. I visit this Rexall at least 2 times a week, if not more..and spend a lot of money here, and this location is torally paranoid! I've noticed staff following me around the store. In fact a few days ago I couldnt even shop for eyeshadow because some lady that worked there kept lurking in the corner "fixing stuff on the shelves" (and watching me) and making me uncomfortable making me feel like a total thief.. Total BS is what it is!
O	Ojitos Quenoven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. The girl that works there that has tattoos on her hands is the rudest, most impolite person I have ever seen. She has no manners, doesn’t know what customer service is or means, has no clue about ‘serving a customer with a smile’, and Seems she was never taught the simple courtesy of hello and thank you. She has been at the check out quite a few times (lucky me :/ ) and honestly I would love to speak to her manager cause I can’t believe she is allowed to work there with such poor attitude, and frankly I am a little tired of it. I can’t believe someone goes to work and performs a duty of serving people with a resentful and antagonistic manner like she does. I know people have bad days but she seems to be having bad months! Always in a horrible mood. Don’t go to work and be in front of people if you’re just going to treat everyone so poorly. SPECIALLY A CUSTOMER (time and time again I might add)! Stay home and call in sick. Or just quit and do the public a favor.

It's almost impossible to give Rexall more than 2 stars considering how far behind they are compared to both nearby Shopper's Drug Marts. The discounts need to be steeper if they plan to attract more customers with their below average offer.

M	Milan R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I urge all customers that choose to use the pharmacy to double-check their prescriptions and make sure all medicine is in the bag. Pharmacists are known not to put all prescriptions and feel like they are above the doctor's orders. under no circumstances should a pharmacist ever ask someone if they need the prescription. That's the doctors decision to prescribe. I truly feel for those that are vulnerable to being ripped off. Especially at a time like this where everyone is scared to even leave the home. Better go to shoppers or anywhere else.

Much better pharmacies around the area that wont LOOSE your information or misguide you in facts that you already know. I had a bad experience with pharmacist named Jasper that made it her intention to prove her point and make assumptions instead of looking into my documentation or hearing what I had to say regarding my covid shots. Completely shut me down and gave me wrong information.Won't ever spend a min here again and I advise anyone else that want a good experience not to waste your time here. Alot of better places to go instead of this dump. I got everything cleared out without a problem from another pharmacy and with open hands and consideration that was just down the street.
