We've about halfway through the project. The team is amazing--not only experts in their respective fields, but also kind and sincere people. I actually look forward to our meetings! It is a delight working with them. Renovating is stressful, so it is a precious thing when you have a contractor who can walk you through the process with honesty, insight, and even humour. Ryan and his team have worked hard to keep the project not only on budget, but also meeting our particular needs. I look forward to finishing the project, and then hiring them again soon for Phase 2 of the project (the exterior remodelling and veranda-building)!
