However, over the years it has changed from private ownership (which was very good) to various corporations and is now Revera. Since Revera has taken over, things have gone down hill. Attention to detail is lacking, concerns/comments from residents not really heard/actioned on, fewer amenities offered than previously, and staff had been cut back exactly when the new minimum wage went up. Dining room service is slow and food quality and variety is so so.Speaking with management doesn't seem to do much either!

Now into her 12th year as a resident, Mom, and my brothers and I, couldn't be happier with the stellar care and service provided by Sarah, ED, and her wonderful team. The best example of how marvellous this place is, is that not even one resident caught COVID under their extremely careful watch, which is outstanding! The Manor feels like home, with the devoted staff paying attention to the residents' needs, with kindness, efficiency and humour. Sarah and her staff always seem to find new ways to improve the quality of life for all who call this lovely place, home. From the terrific in-house doctor, the hair stylist, the chef and dining staff, to the numerous activities offered to the residents, I can not recommend this residence highly enough!

The residents are welcoming and friendly, and will bring new residents cards, and make phone calls checking in on each other. When one describes a "Retirement Community", Windsor Park truly embodies that philosophy. Managers are available for residents, and family members to do their best to help create a positive home environment, so the residents can live their Best Life.

For me it is the wonderful staff that is key in making Windsor Park Manor a special place. From the kitchen staff to the medical staff to the enthusiastic admin staff my mother has nothing but good things to say about the kind and nurturing people who have such a positive daily impact on her quality of life. Throughout the pandemic they have been transparent in their communication with both residents and their families and they have bent over backwards to make the best out of a most difficult situation.
