★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only place I would ever buy a mattress. I trust Harry completely. Bought his top of the line mattress and it's the most comfortable one I've ever had. Couldn't get it up the stairs so he split it in 2 and put a pillowtop over. He always has the mattress ready within the week. Ive bought 3 since then for other family members and for my RV. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed with the knowledge and skill of the one owner-operator who assisted my friends with their order (everything was perfect -- just as they had decided -- and ready for pick up as initially scheduled). Also, it was neat to be able to see the process, as well as examples on both the factory and showroom floors. The only facet I found regretable was the lack of a delivery service for the finished goods.

However, the member I spoke with was very dismissive and didn't go into detail about customization and the kinds of product they carry in their warehouse. Maybe it was because I wasn't prepared enough to talk about mattresses? I had done some research prior to my visit there so I could at least provide some feedback on what I wanted out of the different layers, but the member there pretty much left me alone to try out the beds in the showroom and didn't bother to follow up.

Buying something similar from a large furniture company would have cost much more and would not have come with this level of service. I wont go anywhere else for bedding needs in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth checking out. Paid less than I would have in a large furniture store. Bed was heavier than our old one we removed so I assume a better built. Staff knows what they are talking about and can show you many options before they build your bed. With so many material choices, they do not have display beds with every type but try all in the display room to get a feel for what you want.

The owner was so helpful in explaining how mattresses are constructed and what actually matters in a mattress, it was interesting to learn. He customized my order to make it perfect for me and I could not be more pleased. So comfortable, finally my dream sleep, and at a totally decent price relative to other mattresses I was looking at. Very, very happy I went here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been about 3 months since we bought our Majestic-Zenn Firm mattress at Restmore and I love it! When we slept on it the first time, it seemed firmer than I remembered it being in the showroom, so I suspected I might have to have it modified to slightly less-firm foam. But after a few nights I got used it to and have slept great since then.
We really appreciated the service we got in the store, especially Louie's explanation about the different foams and components in the mattress. There was no pressure to buy, no "upselling," just lots of straight-forward information on how their mattresses are made so we could make an informed decision. We also appreciated the fact that we could customize our mattress (we upgraded to a heavier, higher quality foam).
We also chose to go with Restmore because of their great customer service in that we could have the mattress modified (more firm or less) for a reasonable cost, if it wasn't working for us. In the last 1.5 years, we'd bought 3 mattresses (running the range of $1500 from a big-box store to a $3K mattress from an independent retailer in Winnipeg) and after a few weeks on each, we couldn't sleep on any of them without sore backs. So being able to modify the new mattress at Restmore was a big bonus to us. In the end, however, we didn't end up needing to modify anything because we're finally sleeping well!

It has been a very comfortable mattress and served us well. Restmore builds their products to the customer's needs and preferences right on site.
