Restaurant Shish-Kebab

Over the years, the service degraded at this restaurant. Yesterday was the worst experience we had at this restaurant. Even though we had a reservation made days in advance to celebrate Easter with the family, we waited 45 minutes to get our table ready. After being seated, we waited an hour for someone to come take our order. After another hour, the cook informed us that it will be another hour until our food is ready. We explained to them that we had hungry toddlers/kids that needed to be served first. All we got as an answer that everyone will be served at the same time and everyone needed to wait. What made it even worse, we noticed that all the other tables were being served except our table. We were being given excuses after excuses for the delay of our food. 3 hours later at 8:30pm, we had to leave to find another restaurant. This is the last time we go to this place.

Overall the most horrible experience in a restaurant. The staff is not professional at all and very disorganized.. First, they made us wait 45 minutes to give us our table even tho we made a reservation (even asked us to wait outside in the cold with young kids because the restaurant is too small). Waited another 30 minutes just so they can give us the menus. After waiting for more than 2 hours for our food, I ask them if they can at least bring food to the kids (anything like bread or fries because they were hungry) and their answer was “The kitchen is too busy, you have to wait another hour..” I was speechless so decided to leave to eat somewhere else. Oh and they didn’t even bother to serve us water the entire time.. Wow still can’t believe how can this happen..

We were a group of 27 people. We made the reservation a few days ago. We got there on time to celebrate Easter with our family. When we got there the table wasn’t ready, restaurant was extremely disorganized and unprepared to serve big groups. After 1.5 hours sitting down without even having our table dressed and not even placed our orders, they decided to come take the orders and dress our table and put some olives and water. Finally, after 3 hours waiting, we decided to leave without even eating, our orders weren’t even ready. Horrible experience ! Never going over there again ! We ended up going to another restaurant …. We wasted 3 hours at this restaurant for nothing ! We didn’t even get to taste their food but the way we were served and treated was just not professional and just bad ! If I could put less than 1 star, I would !

Absolutely delicious! Really felt like I was eating in Lebanon, if you want a true taste of Lebanese food you should definitely visit this restaurant. The staff is so respectful and the service is amazing

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing and authentic . Absolutely the best lebanese food we had while in Montreal. Highly recommend!

I'm surprised to see so many good reviews, maybe the food is really good but we didn't even have the chance to try it! Arrogant staff especially the manager there today, worst restaurant for events/groups. We waited 1 hour after getting there on time at 5h30pm for our reservation. Once they finally set up the table, we had to ask for menus 15-20 minutes later. No water no bread no nothing to at least compensate for the time we waited before getting our table. We waited 30 minutes after finally ordering before the manager came to tell us it would take at least 1 hour before getting our food, what? We didn't even get water at that point still, let alone some bread or anything else to eat in the meantime. We had young children who were waiting during this whole time with nothing to eat, and when one of us went to see the waitress to get at least something, she replied arrogantly that she was too busy, sorry ma'am? We asked so much at that point right! Half of our group left, then they finally brought some olives and bread. During this whole time, two other groups came after us and had their tables setup and minutes later, started receiving their food. We still waited after seeing them serving those tables for nearly 30 minutes more with nothing coming to our table. We asked for the manager to come back, but he was in the back hiding apparently working, his initial 1 hour wait became 1h30 if not more, with our group being even smaller at that point. If you're a real man, you're gonna talk to me after reading this review you coward, wasted our time without even saying sorry, the minimum you should've done when you said we were going to wait that long instead of whining about how busy you are. Why accept all these reservations if you can't fulfill them? Clearly you got no class dude. We ended up leaving, 3 hours waiting to get served any food. Worst part is that we spoke to another group outside, when we left, who complained about how they got scammed paying way more than they should've, let that sink in. With covid and the lockdowns, all restaurants were affected including you probably, the least you could do is serve people well and get back to your best after such a hard time, instead of scamming and lying to people! Waiting to see if you're a real man. You ruined our family's Easter dinner.

The best food ever and I saw the very clean kitchen which I had the pleasure to discover Françoise will give you a Turkish coffee with a smile

Easily the best Lebanese place I've been to in Quebec. Very fresh ingredients, delicious meals, and they even have Almaza beer! I'll be coming back very often ☺️
