★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with some friends and family to celebrate an occasion and I have never been to a worse restaurant than this. We were obliged to take the 4 course service since we were more than a few, the choices were very limited and I noticed there were no options for vegan or vegetarian whatsoever on the main course. I don't usually ask the waiters to change my food, even if it is really bad, but the soup was something else. They must have dropped a whole basket of lemon because the half of my group couldn't bear to eat it and I had to have it changed to a soggy balsamic salad which was not by any mean good, but still edible. The antipastis were also very bad and most of the plates came back half-empty. My main course was a lasagna which seemed to have been made with the cheapest ingredients they could have found and the layer of flavorless, fatty cheese on top of it was too thick to be pierced through with my fork. When it comes down to coffee and tea, I was never offered any much like my glass of water which remained empty since the first time I drank it. The dessert was brought by one of us, but they still took the opportunity to charge it as part of the 4 course meal. In the end it costed me 60$ for a 2 course meal that left me with nausea as they don't seem to understand the importance of measuring things like garlic and the flavorless cheese had a "special taste" to it. (I tend to leave positive reviews, this was just such a bad experience)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent food that is not even expensive. Lots of lunch options at 13$ which comes with soup, coffee and dessert. Lasagna was enjoyable, service was friendly and the atmosphere was decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good atmosphere , waiters great, services great. The down side was about what we ordered. We had carbonara linguini and Gigi linguini. Both was not tasty at all. If you go, it’s a good choice but do not eat those two dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not too sure why there are so many great reviews. We had to wait 10 minutes for our table even though we had a reservation. Waitress was not pleasant, took a very long time to take our orders ( over 30 minutes before coming to us). Then she proceeded to ask for a bigger tip.
Food was terrible. Definitely a food poisoning the next day. The Alfredo was as if they just tossed the pasta in cream, no seasoning.
Overall a terrible experience. It was my first experience at this restaurant and I will not be going back to any of their locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bring your own wine kind of restaurant. Food was delicious. It's italian so if you love pasta you will not be disappointed. We had a baby with us and the waiter was really attentive to his needs. He even brought him a box of juice without us asking. At the end he offered us reusable bowls to put the rest of our food in, again without asking.
