Today I am adding this as I am truly disappointed in the customer service I received and am shocked at the outcome.
A booking mistake was made, fully acknowledged and accounted for by Connie. When told to contact her and that I would be very pleased with her offer, I believed this would be for a free service given I had paid for a massage I didn't request last visit. Unfortunately this was not the case- I was merely offered a massage for a charge of 70$ which is actually more than all the other massages I have paid for at the establishment in the past.
I hope that Acu massage reflects and realizes that customer service speaks volumes. Unfortunately I will not longer be a client, nor refer family and friends, and this could have been avoided.
All because a compensatory massage would not be given after the owner admitted to the mistake? That speaks volumes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly best massages ever. I went twice and I will be back. So far I have seen Karina and Mia and loved them both. Not for the faint of heart; they really know how to work out knots but sometimes it is a bit painful on the spot but man oh man do they make you feel better afterwards. To me this is what a massage should be like, as opposed to some spas where you feel like they just worked on the surface. The hot towels at the end when they wipe the oil is a nice touch. I will definitely be back.

The ambiance is relaxing, the people are nice and the massage is the BEST I've received in Montreal and south shore. I like strong massages that release knots (from sports/sitting too much) and they are able to give both relaxing and healing (strong) massages. They are all extremely competent and are also always sharing knowledge on how we can reduce our tensions. A great combination of warmth and competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conny's team is fabulous. It took a little getting used to seeing how they work. By comparison if you are used to a regular Californian massage, you will find their Chinese healing techniques much stronger. Even though you may feel more pressure, they know exactly what they are doing. I had lower back pain for years and wouldn't let therapists really touch it, because as soon as they put any pressure I felt too much pain for them to continue. I trust Conny and her and her wonderful acupuncturist Linda did a wonderful job in restoring my back. They healed years of pain in 3 sessions of acupuncture. If I said it wasn't painful at points I would be lying, but the acupuncture is done expertly and does not hurt at all. It released "balls of pain and toxins" under my muscle and I finally have flexibility again. Michelle is also a wonderful therapist. She puts everything into her massages. They use a lot of cupping (look it up if you don't know what it is). Tell them where you feel pain and allow them to heal you. Usually if you have had pain for a while it will take more than 1 session to heal, but heal you they will! I cannot recommend their beautiful and clean massage parlour highly enough! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going there for years. The prices are really reasonable compared to spas like Finlandais etc. The reflexology treatment is amazing and their massages are even better. A note for people who haven’t been since the pandemic started, they moved location so google it beforehand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of confusing in timing before my session started BUT Very good massage. My pain is reduced remarkably. And she monitored me being convenient regularly during massage. All staff so polite and kind. Thank You for the Acu massage ? will be back again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the appointment over their site, super easy and fast. Found an appointment the next day. The place is easy to find, with free parking. The clinic is clean, staff are organized and prices are listed on the reception desk. My massage was relaxation Swedish with Mai. She exceeded my expectations. I totally recommend this place.
