★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried the more commercialized companies that offer spa treatment with different pools (hot, cold) and the sauna etc. I'd leave there with a huge bill that wouldn't even be covered by my insurance, plus the massage would be just fine. I didn't know any better until I experienced the treatment @massotherapiemassageaddict. The massage treatment was on point, the therapist Frantzie (I think her name was) is awesome, applies constant pressure throughout the session and provides stretching tips to avoid body knots. My experience was impeccable (start to finish). I became a member right after my treatment. Great specials for members and new customers. I definitely recommend it!!!

The staff is extremely friendly and their massage therapists are all very passionate about their job. Frantz, Vivianne and Rachel are definitely highly recommended! They are all very attentive to your specific needs and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! Horrible! HORRIBLE! My friend recommended this place to me as she’s a regular in their branch in Ontario. I was supposed to have an appointment today. They had several reminders via email and text which I had confirmed, then when I was on my way like 2 minutes away to their Brossard location this lady called me that Elena won’t be able to make it today and that they are closing! I was like what?! How come I was not informe ahead of time and she just said sorry we are closing in a rude manner! I was driving and was so confused! If they had informed me days or at least hours before then I would completely understand! But not like this! The hassle you caused me today! I am a very busy woman and I had to cancel my appointments today just so I can get a little relaxation in my life and you will just call me to cancel when I was 2 minutes away from you branch without further explanation? No replacement? wow! I work in the customer service industry and this is not how it works! I am in awe on how unprofessional you people are! Instead of me feeling relaxed I feel horrible and stressed out! All thanks to Massage addict Brossard! Guys if you want to be treated fairly and have a stress free massage therapy please look elsewhere! - Stephanie Flores
