He was extremely friendly and professional, and I decided to have him install a new Furnace and AC unit into my home. It took a couple of visits to determine the issue and Alex was always responsive, professional and very thorough. The issue was the connection to the fireplace, which he quickly resolved even though it wasn't part of the unit that he installed. Thank you Alex - we appreciate it and your friendly demeanor!!

They then need a new furnace and AC. They got a couple estimates but it really was no contest. Alex was so helpful with any extra help with the fireplace that they went with Response for the Furnace. Again, amazing service as he made a couple extra trips out to their home to help them with changing the thermostat when the time changed and amazing warranty on service. We totally recommend Response Heating & Air Conditioning.
