Berdick has the worst customer service I have ever come across plus their receptionist is really snotty toward you......Be advised dont buy here

The windows were built with attention to detail, in a timely fashion and are of great quality (yet to withstand a winter but I do not have doubts they will stand up to the task). Where Berdick stands apart for me is the level of service and care from the quoting, manufacturing and delivery. Brian Walker at Berdick stands apart as a top notch individual. I had mainly dealt with Brian, and with my brief interactions with the remaining staff I feel that they are all of of the same caliber. I am looking forward to completing my doors in the near future and working with Berdick again.
