★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has to be the worst building in all of downtown. Aged an decrepid. Do not move in to this 30 year old condo. You will regret it. May as well live in parkdale. Over priced and horrible management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emma the security guard made us wait 50 minutes for a suite and kept giving us a very hard time while not being organized with the files and the checks, she proceeded to give us a lot of attitude and dirty looks during the time of our stay i would never want to speak to her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and amenities. The building is very well maintained. Building management and the board are being attentive and their communication is prompt. We are very happy with this building. Location is also terrific as it is close to almost everything. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Throughout the years I have lived in toronto I would always move to a different part of the city once my mortgage was up. That wasn’t the case with this fab building. I moved here in 2002 and haven’t looked back.The square footage thanks to it being an older building definitely is an asset. The common areas are top notch. We have a gym that is the envy of our neighbouring condos. The concierge is always on point, making you feel safe and secure. I love the mix of families that live here, tons of kids and adorable cats and dogs. The family environment really warms this place up. I would always get realtors calling wondering if I’m interested in listing this place. That’s because it’s in high demand. And my answer is always a hard no. Because it’s a fantastic place.
