★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne me souviens plus si c'est moi qui l'a choisie ou si c'est elle la Résidence qui m'a choisi?...Probablement qu'il y a un peu des deux! Quoiqu'il en soit, ce fut un choix judicieux et gagnant car j'y suis toujours après sept heureuses années.
J'y suis ,toujours heureux de l'atmosphère humaines, amicale et dévouée des femmes et des hommes du personnel et ceci à tous les échelons de la hiérarchie des services.
J'y suis, toujours heureux de l'aspect de mon logis gardé bien propre et aéré avec sa porte patio et balcon.
J'y suis, toujours heureux avec le sentiment de sécurité qu'un(e) préposé(e) aidant(e) est toujours prêt(e) à répondre à mon appelle 24h.sur 24h,
J'y suis, toujours heureux de l'aspect architecturale de la Résidence , de ses jardins, de sa sculpture sa fontaine ses jets d"eau sous son jeu de lumières le soir venu.
J'y suis ,toujours heureux avec son parc/boisé municipal voisin immédiat qui est mon oasis de fraicheur durant l"été.
J'y suis, toujours heureux de la proximité des services tels que la S.A.Q.L pharmacie, banques, épicerie et quelques restaurants.
J'y suis ,heureux de la nourriture? Oui, généralement je le suis... mais ceci reste toujours au gout de chacun, n'es ce pas?
OUi,JE SUIS TOUJOURS TRÈS HEUREUX D'AVOIR L'OPPORTUNUTÉ DE VIVRE ICI !
 I don't remember if it was me who chose her or if the Residence chose me?... Probably there is a bit of both! Anyway, it was a wise and winning choice because I'm still there after seven happy years.
I am always happy with the human, friendly and dedicated atmosphere of the women and men of the staff and this at all levels of the hierarchy of services.
I am there, still happy with the appearance of my home, which has been kept very clean and airy with its patio door and balcony.
I am there, always happy with the feeling of security that an attendant is always ready to answer my call 24 hours a day,
I am there, always happy with the architectural aspect of the Residence, its gardens, its sculpture, its fountain, its water jets under its play of lights at night.
I am there, always happy with its immediate neighboring municipal park / wooded area which is my oasis of freshness during the summer.
I am there, always happy with the proximity of services such as the S.A.Q.L pharmacy, banks, grocery store and a few restaurants.
I'm there ,happy with the food? Yes, usually I am... but this is always to everyone's taste, isn't it?
YES, I AM STILL VERY HAPPY TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle résidence et le personnel est très sympathique et humain. Ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à ma famille. Les services offerts répondent aussi à nos besoins et nos parents se sentent comme à la maison.
Beautiful residence and the staff is very friendly and human. They are always available to meet my family. The services offered also meet our needs and our parents feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon grand-père y réside depuis quelques années et il a toujours été bien servi. Le personnel est patient avec lui et très humain. :) Nous avons aussi la chance de l’accompagner à la salle à manger quelques fois et la nourriture est délicieuse!
My grandfather has lived there for a few years and he has always been well served. The staff is patient with him and very human. :) We also have the chance to accompany him to the dining room a few times and the food is delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the daughter of an aging parent, it is very sad to see the poor quality of services offered to our senior citizens especially at the price one has to pay for assisted living. If there were a better option out there, I would definitely take my parent out of there, but unfortunately there isn't one place better than another. We need people with a passion for working with the elderly and definitely more manpower for these centres. R E S P E C T above all, not just to their residents but to the families as well. When phone messages are left and no one bothers to return our calls, I consider this to be very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, these places are well UNDERSTAFFED! Students needing jobs with little experience working with seniors! But to complain may make things worse for our loved one?
Living in western Canada, I sent a small gift to my mother only to find out that 4 days after confirmed delivery, it sat on her floor at the nursing station…. No one thought to take it to her?
This is but a minor detail, but one of the little things that are huge and important for the senior!!!! They deserve soooo much more! ?
But let’s take their $$$…..?
