Exemple, doivent passer pour lavage (buanderie) le lundi et rendu au mercredi on doit "courir" après des personnes pour avoir le service et ce n'est pas certain de l'avoir dans la même journée. Soins infirmiers variables selon la compétence ou le " bon vouloir" des personnes. Bonne variété des repas.
Lack of attendance for services. Example, must go for washing (laundry) on Monday and returned to Wednesday we must "run" after people to have the service and it is not certain to have it in the same day. Variable nursing care according to the competence or the "goodwill" of the people. Good variety of meals.
