Since they implemented reservations over the phone it's impossible to get to talk to anyone. They set all numbers to transfer automatically to voicemails! I'm trying to reach my doctors secretary for over two weeks and that lazy bastard redirected her phone straight to voicemail...which is btw full for all the time being I tried to reach.
It's disgusting how lazy the secretaries are there!
It was a very good place to go to 2 years ago...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. I wish there was a zero star option. Appointment for blood test at 10:30. Waited till 11:30. Realised people waiting from 9:30 appointment still. So had to leave. Maybe would need to wait 3-4 hours just for a blood test which other places do in 20 minutes max. Very unorganized

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give 0 stars if I could. The doctors aren't the problem, it's the customer service. The receptionists are rude, and completely lost. Gave me an envelope with the wrong documents (filled by my Dr for work which I needed asap), then the second time I passed to pick up my documents, still didn't know which ones and asked me to pass by a THIRD time, like I have nothing else to do with my life, finally when I got the fricken documents, they charged me 50$ for documents that I received LATE!!!!! Impossible to get service over the phone too, no one answers and cannot leave msgs. Hire people who are competent please!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ June 6, 2022 I accompanied a friend here to have some tests. The security at the front was kind and helpful.
The coordinator who took his information was attentive and perfectly bilingual! The nurse doing the blood work was kind as well as gentle/considerate. She was perfectly bilingual! At no time did we feel unwelcome because we were English. No hint of animosity!
The whole process was seamless.
Thank you so much for such wonderful service!
