A	AnnieBee67 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with my daughter and mother for 5 days while in Calgary for a dance competition in October 2021. We chose this place because we wanted a suite and space. The hotel is a $6 taxi ride from the convention centre. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially the young guy in the breakfast area - super nice and a hard worker - he was by himself managing the dining room and checking vaccination records, clearing tables. The women stocking the food in the buffet were very nice also. The room (2909) was large, quiet, clean and the bed was very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and it was a very pleasant stay.
T	Tim Watrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick check in, great location for what we were doing that weekend. Rooms are big and decent layout. Would definitely return and use this hotel. Especially if it was a longer stay in the area based on the local area and the rooms have a great kitchen and space.

The front desk staff was wonderful; they told us it would be cheaper to pay for parking at the pay station instead of just adding it to our folio. The breakfast buffet was a true buffet, scrambled eggs, sausage, sandwiches, bacon, fruit, oatmeal, fruits and yogurt, bagels and croissants. The stay was wonderful!
J	Jodie Mohr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed March 15-20, 2022 We stayed in the Mountain View King room on the 23rd floor. We were amazed by the view and beauty of the room. The room was more than we expected and looked just like it did online. The staff were very respectful, polite, helpful. There is nothing negative to say. The included daily hot breakfast buffet was amazing. Teenagers would be in heaven there was so much food. We will be coming back in the summer and will be staying here again. It felt like a 5 star hotel and the price was incredably reasonable. Highly recommend it.

Good laundry facilities & an adequate gym, but no pool :( The complementary breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant food was superb. My only complaint was parking, during the Stampede. Anyone (besides guests) can use the parking facilities - which usually isn't a problem, but during Stampede (July) the parking fills up completely and I had to find a lot down the street a couple of times. The hotel reimbursed me for this, but it was a little inconvenient. Overall, a terrific place to stay - just avoid Stampede time.

The room had a wonderful view, was clean, and an adorable kitchen that was fully stocked with utensils for 1 or 2 people. The breakfast was delicious - Everything was fresh! Next time we’re in Calgary we’re definitely staying here again!
A	Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very enjoyable stay here. Rooms are roomy and cozy. Having a large dining room table was perfect for our family to eat together during our stay. Another highlight was the accessible usb ports which made it really convenient to charge our tablets and mobile devices. Service was great, free breakfast buffet was top notch. Haven't been to a hotel that can compare to the Residence Inn when it comes to the full package. Some low lights would be the $30/day parking, the trains going by all night (room was facing the rail tracks) and the lack of humidity in the rooms. Our nasal ways felt like sandpaper after our stay. Would recommend bringing a humidifier for an extended stay. Had a small issue with housekeeping but Hannah the guest service supervisor was able to quickly resolve the misunderstanding and was very professional which only elevated our already great customer service experience. Would fully recommend staying here, located perfectly downtown if you are looking for some excitement and adventure. If you want more peace and quiet with identical amenities, try the Residence Inns located outside of the downtown core

I loved the mini kitchen and although I did not cook during my stay, I did make use of the full sized fridge and the microwave. They had the best free hotel breakfast ever! So many selections and beautiful dining area. The various staff were so kind and accommodated my requests. I will certainly stay here again.
