★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Grandmother is calling me everyday how inhuman they have been treating her in the covid time she has been isolated. With no contact of human, she keeps telling me that her cloths haven't been washed she doesnt want to live any longer and that she has been confined on her room without any human contact. At least give them they opportunity to go and get fresh air, one at time. Find a solution. We do not treat animals they way they are treating these senior citizens that have the right to decide whether they could go outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandmother is now in the hospital for neglect from this residence. They haven't checked up on her. We have called many times asking to check up on her, she has been calling us in agony and when we called them they say that everything is fine for the ambulance to come get her to go the emergency. The hospital told us that she is severely dehydrated and she had crust in her moth that has been there for weeks. She lost tremendous weight and is delusional. We weren't able to go see her cause of the covid. But they kept telling us that she was fine when in reality nothing was. They really didnt check up on her to see what state she was and now it's to late, she is in the hospital and we are afraid we are going to lose her. They treated my grandmother with no compassion. Do not put anyone in your family there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is unprofessional, negligent, and highly disorganized although there are a (veeery) few exceptions. In addition to providing disgusting food to residents, the building has sanitation and safety issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited that place once for work. Really terrible. Some residents smelled like urine and clearly required a higher level of care than was provided. The common room was dark and in bad condition. A pab openly talked about the lousy working conditions (not blaming the pab, just saying that it confirms how bad the place is). Would never put my loved ones in this place.
