Lorsqu’il y a un problème , personne ne sait rien, personne n’est au courant , même si on a avisé d’une situation x. Gros roulement de personnel .... nous venons de déménager papa ailleurs , la responsable de l’étage nous a vu et n’est même pas venu nous saluer ...ça donne une idée de l’interet ..... Nice place, but surely not better than elsewhere, despite the price. We would be entitled to expect more. When there is a problem, nobody knows anything, nobody is aware, even if we have been advised of a situation x. Big turnover of staff .... we just moved daddy elsewhere, the manager of the floor saw us and did not even come to greet us ... it gives an idea of the interest .....
J	Jocelyne Girard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma soeur y réside depuis 2 ans et y reçoit des services d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Jamais elle n'ira ailleurs. Bien sûr, qui dit privé dit dispendieux. Mais le prix n'a d'égal que la sécurité et la paix d'esprit d'un chaleureux chez-soi. My sister has been living there for 2 years and receives exceptional services. She will never go anywhere else. Of course, saying private is expensive. But the price is matched only by the security and peace of mind of a warm home.

Par contre les chambres sont très grande mais très mal nettoyer,l'internet ne fonctionne que 1 jour sur 10 vraiment ďécourageant ... pour la nourriture et la propreté 1/5 moi je suis épuisé et décourager Not worth commenting, the bad stuff list would be too long !!! On the other hand the rooms are very large but very poorly cleaned, the internet only works 1 day out of 10 really discouraging ... for the food and the cleanliness 1/5 I am exhausted and discouraged
p	pierre bougie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manoir Claudette Barré Mon papa y a séjourné heureux, pendent six ans et demi. Les installations sont propres, les activités nombreuses et l’ambiance familiale. Pour y avoir mangé moi-même a plusieurs reprises, je peux vous garantir que la nourriture y est excellente. Mais la force du manoir est sans contre dit son personnel, rien ne leur échappe, de vrai ange gardien. Je leur en serais éternellement reconnaissent. Je recommande chaleureusement le Manoir Pierre Bougie Manoir Claudette Barré My dad stayed there happy for six and a half years. The facilities are clean, the activities plentiful and the family atmosphere. Having eaten there several times, I can guarantee that the food is excellent. But the strength of the manor is without saying the staff, nothing escapes them, a true guardian angel. I would be eternally grateful to them. I warmly recommend the Manor Pierre Bougie
C	Chantal Richer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma tante y réside depuis 1 mois et ça va très bien. Elle habite le 6e étage, je vais la voir 1 à 2 fois par semaine et les gens semblent très bien. Le personnel est dévoué et très coopératif. Bravo aux préposés, aux infirmières, aux concierges et à tous les autres corps d'emploi.
F	Fatima S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a choice don't go here or admit your family members. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. They are clearly understaffed and unclean. A resident was asking to go to the washroom the nurse and orderly said they had no time clearly mentally ill thought that my mother's room was the washroom, not her fault but when my and I called to have it cleaned it too well over 1.5hours to get i answer. Everyone i spoke with said it's not their job or wait we are low staffed. My mother was there for about two months n this was always the case. She once waited five hours for a glass of water and then still only got it when I asked, it felt like they thought she was immobile n took advantage. Only got results when I was there n even. Horrible! I gave two starts for the physiotherapist who was helpful n tried to help as well as the receptionist who was implemting COVID-19 regulations n tried to be welcoming while clearly understaffed.
