â â â â â Wow Mme Bergeron, je sens que c'est une vengeance, trĂšs immature et non professionnel, j'ai Ă©tĂ© tĂ©moin de votre altercation avec votre tante et vous lavez bousculer de force pour la faire partir de la rĂ©sidence, car elle y Ă©tait trĂšs heureuse. Elle ne voulait pas quittĂ© et vous l'avez forcĂ© physiquement et l'avez blessĂ© Ă la tĂȘte et elle saignait. Cette rĂ©sidence est super propre, la nourriture y est excellente, ma mĂšre est placĂ© lĂ et ils sont carrĂ©ment super autant les employĂ©s(es) que la direction. C'est triste que des gens comme vous et les autres commentaires (anciens employĂ©es qui ont Ă©tĂ© congĂ©diĂ© car ils n'Ă©taient pas gentil avec les personnes ĂągĂ©es ce venge. Attention Ă vous les commentaires les gens, aller constater par vous mĂȘme et vous verrez ce qui est Ă©crit ici est complĂ©tement faux et sans fondement. Simone
Wow Mrs. Bergeron, I feel it's a revenge, very immature and unprofessional, I witnessed your altercation with your aunt and you wash her force to make her leave the residence, because she was very happy . She did not want to leave and you forced her physically and wounded her in the head and she was bleeding. This residence is super clean, the food is excellent, my mother is placed there and they are downright super as much the employees as the management. It's sad that people like you and the other reviewers (former employees who were fired because they were not nice to the old people this revenge.) Beware of the comments people, go see for yourself and you will see what is written here is completely false and without foundation.

Jâai vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© la compĂ©tence professionnelle de la directrice gĂ©nĂ©rale madame Brigitte Jalbert, aussi pour sa coopĂ©ration, son empathie et sa gentillesse.
Je retiens particuliĂšrement lâexcellente nourriture avec un bon Chef, les soins infirmiers, lâentretien mĂ©nager, la buanderie, la maintenance, la propretĂ© et la sĂ©curitĂ©.
La Résidence a bien répondu à mes besoins et mes attentes.
Je garderai toujours de bons souvenirs de mon séjour.
Je recommande fortement cette Résidence pour les personnes qui cherchent un endroit accueillant et chaleureux, dans le respect de leur dignité.

For 27 months, I stayed at Residence 6900 Papineau.
I really appreciated the professional competence of the Executive Director Brigitte Jalbert, also for her cooperation, her empathy and her kindness.
I particularly remember excellent food with a good chef, nursing, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
The Residence has responded well to my needs and expectations.
I will always have good memories of my stay.
I highly recommend this Residence for people looking for a warm and welcoming place, with respect for their dignity.

My mother stayed here for 1 year. The staff are very pleasant and attentive to the needs of the residents. The premises are clean and the food is quality! I recommend to everyone who wants to place their parents in residence
