Shipped a item from a vendor to the address in Surrey that ReShip provided. Courier got a signed delivery confirmation. I emailed asking why the package has not appeared in my account dashboard and after giving them some information they after 3 days responded saying that their warehouse has not received or signed for any item and they do not employ any individual named Brandon, contrary to what the delivery documents say.
Luckily the item was only 150 dollars but this is completely inadequate. Obviously I cannot do anything about this and I'm assuming my package is long lost. I write this as a warning because trusting a incompetent company that does not take onto itself any responsibility is one that people must avoid. Im sure this company "doesn't receive" lots of packages, their choosing of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used reship many times. I have always had good service. The cost from reship is reasonable. Biggest problem is with the methods of shipping, UPS and all the other courier fees are outrageous. Then they (the courier) add some surprise fees after the fact! It cost me $18 US dollars to ship from Texas to Oregon. It cost me $100 to ship from Oregon to vancouver! Plus another $50 for UPS brokerage and processing fee ! Could have gone postal for another 75 dollars for everything. Looking for a service now that has lower courier and shipping fees. Beware, don’t use FedEx, ups or DHL too expensive and no special rates for reship. If you need the package be prepared to pay big time, reship has no other choices.
