These guys where great, very helpful and knowledgeable. I went there interested in 3d printing and what bit would take to get started, best starter printer etc. More then willing to answer all my questions, informed me on what type of filaments would work best. I have called around to a couple other places to ask simular questions and pretty much felt like I was in convincing the person who I was talking to. NOT with this place. When I get into 3d printing they deffinatly who I will be going to.

Purchased my first 3D printer here. Ender 3 V2. The staff was extremely helpful and aided me in picking the right printer for me. They focused on my needs rather than just trying to sell me on the most expensive models. After my purchase, I used their set up and 2 hour beginner class service. They went the extra mile to make sure that I left the store happy and with the basic skills to start printing. I could have ordered all my stuff online, but having a local shop help me with set up, install of my chosen upgrades, printer calibration was a major time saver. As well, the two hour class educated me in the new skill of 3D printing, covered topics such as using my chosen printer, slicer settings and use, and even a little CAD introduction. This was invaluable. I highly recommend this shop. This is a local business as well, and I like to support local.

LONG REVIEWS!!! Update (May 13) - Steve and his team really go above and beyond for their customers. I have -never- received the customer service that I receive at this company. it is quite literally second to none. I recently bought a new printer, and had been experiencing problem after problem. I am fairly competent when it comes to setup and calibration, however, couldn't seem to get it quite dialed in to where the prints would work in a repeatable fashion. Steve offered to take a look at it, but I drive a small sports car and the printer didn't fit, so I disassembled it, and Steve made sure it got back to my house in one piece so that it didn't need to be disassembled again. I cant recommend this store enough. They are so welcoming, and they treat their customers like long time friends. This company is the only place I'll shop (as long as you get my resin Steve :P) and I recommend you do as well. you wont regret it. My family isn't even this nice to me. Update (May 2) I've been coming to this store to the point now that all the staff knows me personally. It takes a special kind of business to keep you coming back as much as I do. I'm very appreciative of the service I get here and no where else in the city (other industries included) could learn a thing or two about customer service from this group of people. I shop here more than I care to admit and there's a reason. The environment is great. The staff are always very helpful and accommodating. Prices are pretty standard per the industry.

What a refreshing experience my wife and I had when we recently made a visit to the south-side location RepRap Warehouse. We had been buying filament from Amazon and had received wet filament one too many times. We were greeted by Mathew who was more than eager to help us out with an upgrade to my CR10-V3. Mathew was a pleasure to deal with as he was professional and technically knowledgeable. I also was very impressed with the selection of filaments, and even returned to be assisted by Steve to find the perfect green PETG for a project. What a contrast to my other retail experiences as of late. We have also visited another 3d Printer shop in the Edmonton area where we were treated rudely as if we were inconveniencing the proprietor by entering the store.

This place is the go to for 3d printing, filament, and anything else. I went to get my printer serviced because I couldn't level it. They showed me that my bed was warped as well and installed an auto level for me. They gave me instructions on how to use it and it's awesome. They did however forget to send some stuff back when going from the south location to the west end but they were super nice about it and I wouldn't go anywhere else but these guys

Bought my very first 3D printer from here. The staff were helpful, the store is clean and easy to navigate and all my questions were answered. They have a good supply of printers and filament to get you going. Will absolutely be going back here again!

Steve and his team are great! Maybe I'm biased being that my name is also Steve. :) But if you have a problem with your printer they can probably fix it for you, or point you in the right direction. Having issues with the quality of your prints? These folks have been there and have the knowledge to offer up ideas for tweaks or things to look at to improve your quality. Want advice or guidance on that next project you have in the works...these are the guys to talk to. Filament? They have it! Good prices and good quality in house Rep Rap brand filament (I've never had any issues with), as well as other brands, Esun, PolyTerra, and Matter 3D to name a few. PLA, PETG, ABS, Nylon, Resins. Silks, Carbon Fiber, wood filled...if you need it, they probably have it. Printers, well they have those as well. Many printers to choose from depending on your need and/or budget. if you are looking into getting into 3D printing whether for hobby or whatever you are into, these are the guys to talk to to point you in the right direction for your needs. Parts, accessories, nozzles...these folks are your one stop shop. Pay them a visit, they won't disappoint.

RepRap Warehouse is the way to go for all of your 3d printing needs. I went in a year ago, with zero knowledge and with the patience and time of the crew at Rep Rap, I have grown my collection to 3 printers with the hopes of adding more accessories (multi colour/multi material) soon. They have an excellent collection of products and filament colours. Always friendly and full of good advice. I very much appreciate the extra time they took to help me ship my order to Fort Mac since I've moved from Edmonton. RepRap PLA is my gold standard when it comes to my machines. If I am having any issues, I immediately switch back to RepRap branded filament and my issues are usually solved. If you are thinking of getting into this hobby - go visit RepRap. I went from no idea how to even print to now being able to take apart, maintain, rebuild and change out parts on my machines. The abilities and skills I've learned will come in helpful as I can be a bit more self sufficient and print myself out things that I need. Thank you to Steve, Austin and the rest of the crew. - Jacynthe
