Greedy slum lords who screw you out of your security deposit and won't fix anything evrn if they promise to do it begore you move in but if you miss cleaning the stove it costs you 100.00 of your security deposit. Do not rent off of them if you want a good experience. I would have given them zero stars if I could have.

Laundry card machine in my building has been broken since 2018. Now the one in their office is broken too and I'm forced to go to the laundromat. They dont seem to have any plans to fix it. I called the laundry company directly but they dont seem liable.

The staff at Northview Apartments REIT in Dawson Creek have been absolutely fabulous! My husband works on the Pipeline and rented an apartment from Northview last summer with no complaints, and he received the damage deposit back in full. So this year, we have a brand new 3 month old boy, and I am on Mat leave so we decided to come stay with my husband for awhile. We requested a one bedroom furnished apartment that was pet friendly, as we have a small min pin as well. We got a place on the first floor close to the side door which is great to let the dog out. We initially declined a parking spot in the garage as we thought it unnecessary , but late Friday night I was walking from across the street, where I parked, with a baby and some groceries and Julie came out of the office as she was leaving to go home and went and got me a spot in the underground parking as she thought it would be so much easier for me that way with the baby. The night we moved in we mentioned we would need to get internet hooked up and 2 hours later we got a call from Telus, calling to set-up our internet as Julie had already called them for us! Also as the rooms are furnished there are TV's but there wasn't a remote for the TV. We didn't order cable as we just use our chromecast for Netflix. So I went and asked the office is there were remotes for the TV, there wasn't. So they went out and got me a universal remote and someone brought it up to my door the next morning. And...my husband called down to the office to see if there were larger beds available as we are used to sleeping on a king with both of us, the dog and the baby (in his very safe, co-sleeping approved snuggle nest). Julie made a call or two and found another bed in the storage room and two staff members brought us up another bed! The staff here at Northview REIT has been more than accommodating! The BEST part is that it is pet friendly as that is a MUST for us! I love that there are other dogs in the building and several moms with new babies as well, it seems very family friendly. There are some small minor cigarette burns in the carpet from the previous tenant and stains in the hallway but the staff are great and clean the entrance and hallways often. We are so happy to have found a furnished, pet friendly place to stay while we are in town with excellent staff that have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank-you Northview REIT in Dawson Creek and especially JULIE!!!!

Terrible run around with them the first time didnโ€™t even get to move in they rented out from under us trying to claim we never paid deposit, when we showed proof it took a month to get the deposit back. Decided to give them a second chance recently and regretted it. Stove hood was not clean nor were the sinks on move in, took over a month and a half for them to have to he door buzzer set up for use, paint all over the cabinets, broken closet doors and a light fixture froze and it took constant phoning and harassing to have it fixed, no one seems interested in answering the phone and dealing with concerns will never ever rent from them again worst experience ever

Rented a "fully furnished luxury" apartment from Northview. Was missing many amenities that I had to purchase out of pocket. I was told I would be reimbursed (I never was). Upon leaving I had the place professionally cleaned. When I was mailed my deposit there was an array of deductions for everything from "cleaning", admin fees, and even a $4 charge for a light bulb. If they would have just looked under the sink they would have found half a box of bulbs from when I had to replace all the burned out ones that were there when I moved in. Not impressed considering the money I Had to put into the place to make it liveable. Lies, broken promises, and shadyness. Not what I expected from a property management who says they rent out "luxury furnished" apartments for over 2k a month. I will definitely be avoiding them next time I have to work out of town.

Flat out lies. Pictures on the internet of properties are false. Maybe from brand new, but in reality they're filthy and disgusting. Basements are full of mold, sewage backup. No honesty from this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are the true definition of a slumlord. You look that up in the dictionary, it says Northview. Don't even waste your time looking, its all lies, and they will lie to your face, without even blinking. Sickening excuse for humans.

Be careful with this company, they advertise at one price then change it once you go to sign the lease. Expect a raise of 100-200 dollars from the advertised price. Their laundry machines take cards instead of coins, and if their card loader breaks dont expect it to be fixed for a few weeks. In fact, dont expect them to fix anything for a while. They left a pipe that had burst for a day and a half before sending someone over, it had completely flooded the laundry room. The buzzer system was broken and they just left it like that, not even attempting to fix it. The roof was infested with pigeons which was not dealt with for months, all that was needed to fix the problem was replacing one single roof tile. My building also experienced a bed bug infestation, which we were told by the pest guy was a mice problem and did not realize our apartment was infested for 2 months. If we had known it was bedbugs we would have realized sooner what the bites were and taken more preventative measures to ensure our apartment was safe.
