Very pleasant to deal with, and it seems like their open all the time, which is great since I work shift-work...I can still get into their office to pay the rent when I get off. There hasn't been a lot, but the couple maintenance things I've had them do, it was done right away...They gave me a checklist of things to look for when I moved in. There was a couple minor things that I let them know about, and they were there the next day to correct them. About a year later, I told them about a tap that was dripping, and they came that very day. Overall, I've been very impressed with their service and I expect to stay with them for my foreseeable future. – Rob

Been waiting 3 months for them to fix my leaking fridge, everyone in the building smokes and its leaking into our apartment, bathroom is rotting which is causing the bath tub to move an inch when showering. Fridge and tub have been brought up months ago and still nothing. Edit After living with them for a year and a half we have had a mix of good and bad so I upped my rating to 3 stars from 2

Well, where to start with this gem of a company. FIRST AND FOREMOST only care about the almighty dollar. ABSOLUTELY ZERO respect towards employees, tenants or landlords for that matter. The boss is a young, incompetent individual who does not know how to swing a hammer...office work is his specialty. I see most of the reviews on here are about as accurate as they can possibly get. I personally worked for this company since 2013, up until last week. Unorganized, miscommunication, and keeping everything "hush hush" are the most important goals this company achieves. I can assure that around 75% of the buildings and properties should be condemned). They will gut and renovate properties with absolutely no permits or zoning. They recently turned a basement storage at a property in Indian into a 2 bedroom unit, once again hush hush. I was mostly a painter but also had several other jobs and tasks. I used to also pull the trailer and remove their large items and rubble from around properties. It's not a surprise that I see owners saying they have been double billed for maintenance. It was not uncommon for me to pick up rubble and leftover garbage and furniture from properties MPM personally owned, and be told to charge it out at the dump to other landlords and buildings. They will threaten and manipulate tenants and landlords anyway they possibly can. They will let someone view a unit that has been completely turned upside down...right hand to god(filled with needles, furniture, garbage, smashed walls etc.) When I first started for the company I would do some flood/leak call outs. Basically go clean up water and backups on some of our properties when we had a good steady downpour. Once again, I was told to lie right to tenants faces. If they were new tenants, I was told to reassure them this is the first time it has happened(even if it had flooded for years prior)and if they were tenants who knew it happened all the time be told we would fix it up very soon! I actually know of a few people in townhouses at this very moment that still flood and backup and Mutual will not tend to it. I have personally handed over work orders and complaints from tenants in the past that go on almost a year before they are rectified. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to rent if your a tenant. And as a landlord weighing out other Management companies or reps.

My mom applied for a place and she has good references. other then them reaching out to say what is available and where to apply they don't contact the person to let them know if accepted or not. you would think when you apply for a rental someone would contact you so you know if you need to keep looking or not. It would be nice if they followed up with potential renters.

I rented from these guys before were great then but I had to move to help family and now they won't even accept me sad to see how they treat previous tenants who left on good terms will not ever recommend them ever again

They refuse to rent to me despite good credit, good history and money upfront for no discernible reason. They were also enormously rude to me and a potential room mate. I suspect fascism played a role as my room mate is native. Don't do business with these scumbags.

Hides behind there "" policy"" for everything you get denied nope we dont have to tell you why did you get denied nope dont have to tell you is there anything you can do to make applying easier or improve your chance nope we dont have to help you there is nothing " Mutual" about anything this company represents scummy company

I just want a new oven as mine broke and it’s been over a month since I first called. Everytime I call I get excuses. Seen the maintenance man a few weeks ago and he was suprised I still did not have a new oven yet. Got a call last week saying they finally ordered it and it would take 4-5 days so I am hoping I get it soon. Also, called about a hole in the ceiling in a closet shortly after I first moved in was told someone would come fix it but nobody did. I really like my apartment but they do not fix things in a timely manner if it all. Not to mention my window wouldn’t not lock and I called nobody came to fix it. Got the fire alarm inspector person to fix it by slamming it with a hammer?
