★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I ordered a bin from this company, I told them to deliver it in an hour or less, and it was done. I don't understand the first review, but I think this company is high quality. when I got the bin, I thought that it was not going to fit. so they willingly got me another one. I was worried I wouldn't be able to fill the bins on time, but they kindly said to me that I could have it as long as I needed it. Once I finished, they gave fair and reasonable pricing, and I couldn't of found better. Definitely hire these guys, and they'll do the job just fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of weeks ago, I have requested for this company to clean out my backyard, as I have put garbage there I don't need within my household. When I met their crew, they were very kind and offered a very fair price for the cleanup, and for the time it took, it was almost too fair. At the end of the day when they finished cleaning up the backyard, it was very clean, and they did not leave one trace of trash anywhere. The job was quick and fair. I highly recommend this company if you ever need your garbage taken care of!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got phone quote at "680-BINS", along with others. "680-BINS" provided the lowest quote. Left work early to meet the bin guy at my house, he showed up hours late. On arrival, he dropped a bin made of 1/4 inch plywood held together with yellow poly rope. He then informed me that his rate would be much higher than quoted over the phone. After some argument, I relented, since my contractor crew was coming in the morning, and it was now too late in the day to get an alternate dumpster. He then made an inappropriate comment about my wife's appearance, before a very sketchy credit card transaction involving a phone photo of my card, which may or may not have been related to fraudulent transactions on said card a few months later. Fast forward a few days, bin is full. Called 680-BINS. Yes, we'll come get it. They didn't show. Called more times. Bin was finally picked up 2 weeks after the scheduled pickup date. Now, if you google streetview my house, there's a full wooden dumpster in my driveway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I ordered the bin, I was told that it would be a certain amount for the bin rental and another amount per tonne and that I would be provided with the weigh bill to show what the actual dump charge was. My card was charged for the bin rental and an estimate of 2 tonnes. After it was dumped I was supposed to have been supplied the weigh bill and either be charged more or refunded the overcharge. I was sent a very confusing invoice for the exact amount my credit card was originally charged for. After several requests to see the weigh bill we were finally allowed to see it and take a picture of it. It was under 1 tonne and now I'm in the midst of trying to get almost half the bill refunded to me. I feel that if we weren't so persistent we never would have been told the true weight and he would be more than happy to keep my money. Had I known how dishonest this company is, I wouldn't have used them.
And apparently can't take the time to get a customer's last name correct. It's Weckl not Wacko.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased to meet with Denver, as he dropped off the bin at my home today. He called earlier in the day to give me a time window, when I could expect delivery. While I'm not sure how, but he managed to back the truck up on to lawn and with out disturbing my garden or the large rocks, he was able to set the bin down. Thankfully he even left enough room to fully open the door. So impressed already! Thank you so much.
