They have also expanded their services to include over 1000 porta potties, septic services, water services, special events, VIP Restroom Trailers and more.

Their service area has expanded to include Calgary and all of its surrounding towns and communities. They have done this without losing their sense of family and community and pride themselves in still offering the same personal and welcoming touch of a family run business.

I was charged $530 and told that it was being charged as a "mixed load" and i was being charged for 90 bundles of waste disposal. As instructed I had clearly separated anything that was not asphalt shingle (Vents, plastic, garbage etc. into garbage bags and placed on top of the load) Somehow i was being charged for 90 bundles of disposal on a roof i had ordered and completed installation with 70 bundles. I was told to "Speak to the people at transfer site if I had a problem with it" as its their scales I was being charged with. I will personally never use this company again, and I'll be sure to share my experience with my fellow tradesmen. If you like being overcharged for waste disposal, this is a great company to pick! In response: I very well understand the way you calculated the charge of my bin, when I had ordered the bin I was instructed to separate any plastic, vents or metal material from the asphalt to avoid being charged for "mixed waste" as opposed to just asphalt shingles. There was no waste but asphalt shinges and the few garbage bags on top of the load containing the previously mentioned plastics. I followed their instructions to a tee and was still charged for a mixed load, seems a convenient way to pocket a few extra dollars. I've accepted the invoice at 80$ more than i was quoted, chalk that up to a negative experience using a new waste company,. I'd just like to inform any fellow tradesmen to be aware you may end up paying more than you were told up front when ordering a bin from this company.

They even had my info from 3 years ago to make the process more smooth. So long as you know what you can and cannot put in the bins there are no problems. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies offering similar service. Will continue to use ABC Waste Management.

The sink was leaking and when brought up to the company, Terri was remorseful as the sink was pouring water indoors, all over a trade show. That is however, until it got to the owner. The owner denied it could ever leak and that the hack silicone fix on the sink threads could have never been done by them and had to nerve to accuse me of doing it?! When they came to look at it, the repair person agreed the sink was assembled incorrectly and came back the next day to fix it. The owner or ABC at no point considered compensating me for the days without a sink or for the cost of have to deal clean and deal with the leak. Best part is. Even after the fix it still leaked. When it came time for them to pick up the sink I got a phone call saying they wanted $100 because the pump switch burnt out (it’s very possible, probably due to water from a leak?) and because water was left in the sink..... Yep, because WATER was in the sink. Now, let’s go back to our previous issue of the sink leaking.... if we were to drain the sink, the sink would leak everywhere? Right?! We know. The leaky, broken sink, led to us not being able to drain it, which led to us being charged for it not being drained......... ? The reason I gave 2 stars is Terri was a delight to deal with.

They dropped if off exactly where I wanted, and three weeks later it was gone. So simple, and the price was spot on with other quotes. Will use them again for sure.
