B	Billy Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The calgary white horn drive location is awful! Its the worst experiemce ive ever had. Not only do they not have anything for hot food after 1030, but refuse to serve any until 3 or 4 in the morning, and then when you try to ask them any questions about anything in the store, they look at you dumb founded because they clearly have no idea abiut their product knowledge. Its been like that the last two night now. And tonight was my last straw. I cant believe these people are allowed to attend a gas bar by themselves over night. The staff arent even friendly about it when you ask them questions rather they couldnt be bothered. These employees should be fired and replaced with employees with good customer service and way better work ethic.
D	Dan Roscoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by today on our way home for some cold drinks, and I witnessed the most appalling example of an abusive customer I've ever seen. The staff were fantastic, and handled this lady like the true champions that they are, while she yelled and screamed at them endlessly about how she "had to wait 20 minutes for a pack of smokes". I was in the shop less than 5 minutes when she started yelling, and she walked in after I did, so I'm not really sure what her damage is. Regardless, the store was clean, well stocked, and the clerks behind the till were both friendly and professional in the face of scathing abuse from a customer, who clearly has a sense of entitlement beyond the scope of her value as a person.

May be there are customers treating them disrespectfully so they do it in return but there are two other 7eleven in 500 meters radius, those are pretty much ok , I would give them 4. so probably there's no standard of customer service in these stores, customer is on mercy of the employees skills only. You win a draw today..its good service!

T	T L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend has been to this 7-eleven on 4 different occasions and have gotten scammed all 4 times. Today, 6 for $4.50 on meatballs and they charged him the $4.50, but gave him only 2 meatballs. He even asked them about the deal the was even SHOWCASED in the store. The guy working there said that "He would have to charge him extra for the other 4." This 7-eleven is a joke. I'm not one to write reviews, but because he got scammed one 4 different occasions is absolutely ridiculous.

First and last, they need to have at least standard costumer servants. Rest assured they would should to put that necessary effort to meet the expectations of all of us as we are the Canadian as well as I would like to say keep the faith sir. After walking in the store employee refused to acknowledge my presence, kept his attention on his phone. When I knocked on the glass he looked up and crawled as slow as he could. Kept his earphones on all the time. I had to raise my voice so he could hear me. Refused to accept my points card coz he punched in the amount already. When I asked to redo the transaction he gave me the most disgusted look of why am I even there!! I think his name was Pradeep. Never walking in that store again.
