Brutal customer service. Update your post office hours!

Been a regular to this location for many years and have never had a nice experience and tried to mail an item from this location and the lady working the post office was very rude and under qualified. I hope 711 only pays mininum wage because the staff doesnt deserve more than that... garbage

I felt like being lazy tonight and thought I’d try a $7 pizza. I had to go to 3 DIFFERENT locations before I could find one that had what I wanted. At this location the associate told me I should go cook the pizza myself (which would defeat the purpose of my being ‘lazy’ tonight. Very rude

I had the exact same experience as Peter. Three locations the other two only had cheese pizza This location had the meat pizza I wanted but I was told to take it home and cook it myself. They have the oven right there, same one as every other 7-11 but they straight up refused to heat it for me, and were very rude about it with me too. I spoke with the manager and he said Pizza 73 would sue them if they sold "hot" pizza. Will Pizza 73 make me a hot pepperoni in 7 minutes. No. What happened to capitalism? What a joke, in summary very poor tight door ringing fender crunching parking lot to get to a sub par 7-11 that is more concerned with serving their neighbors (Pizza 73) requests not to sell as opposed to their customers request with cash in hand. There are 2 other locations in close proximity that offer all products and services. There is a Pizza place right next door to the other location but as it is family owned 7-11 could care less about putting ma and pa out of business, they can't really afford the legal costs so 7-11 sells pizza without concern for their small family owned pizza business going under. But Pizza 73 is a corporation with much deeper pockets to take on a legal battle, and heaven forbid a large corporate pizza chain lose any revenue to a competitor so 7-11 complies with the corporations request whilst ignoring the little guy and squashing him out of business with no regard for his family. Totally backwards. Whoever is in charge of these decisions has things completely backwards. The corporation can survive the competitors hit, the little guy can't. Yet you sell next door to the little guy without regard for his families livelyhood yet comply with the corporation that could survive the competitive loss and who's CEO will never worry about livelyhood issues a day in his live. You have it completely backwards. Besides it's competition/capitalism, run your business sell your product, if Pizza 73 doesn't like it they can lower their price, increase quality, offer promotions or whatever they want to do to "compete". Now I simply won't frequent this location ever, and I can assure you I will never buy a product from any Pizza 73 location or Pizza Pizza location in eastern Canada as they are the same corporation. What a joke I won't be back to this heat it yourself location for more door dings anytime soon.

The employees are so friendly and helpful

Stacey is awesome maybe someone could tell me I am being charged two different prices for cigs. Depending on who is working. What's up with that.

I've been followed around just trying to get a Slurpee and I've watched another person get followed to the Slurpee machine on another occasion (there's not even anything to take in that corner)... they don't even try to hide that they follow and to top it off I've been refused so many items from bus tickets to tobacco products
