Price was great.
Wish a lot of the trees hadn't been cleared out, sometimes just fel like we were camping in a field.
Also wish there was an option for 50 amp outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife, daughter and I went camping here for the first time this weekend (August 29th 2021) and we had a blast. Everything was so convenient and clean. The price cannot be beat, we definitely plan on returning next year multiple times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place, if you are looking for a nice quiet place to spend some time with the family this is the place. Not a party spot which is really nice. Great little beach with canoe rentals etc. Very clean and well maintained and the staff is beyond fantastic! Highly recommend. Awesome little cabin rentals as well!

It’s a great little park that lives up to the KOA brand.
Jumping pad, play structure, splash pad and a full 18-hole mini golf course give hours of entertainment for the kids.
The beach is small, on a very small lake but it serves its purpose to keep cool in the summer heat.
Kayak/canoe rentals are available for a fee.
We had a pull-through full service site but I would not recommend these.
They’re the field style, no clear separation between sites. And service pedestals are configured so your door faces your neighbour’s door - trip on your steps and you risk hitting your head on your neighbour’s rig.
For remote workers, wifi is decent but only available within 100ft of the office.
Cell signal is usable (2 bars with Bell / Roger, no booster)
The downside of the site was made up for by staff and amenities.
We’ve already booked to come back, though not in a pull through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the KOA brand, but this feels more like a seasonal campground that wasn't getting enough transient visitors so they joined the KOA name to bring in guests.
We saw the President's Award sign and thought we had won the lottery. Sadly, no. The park itself is ok. Probably 3/4's of the lots are seasonal, which seems odd at a KOA. The part where we stayed was packed in. I believe this was the second tightest campground that we've visited over 15 years of camping. I was worried that the neighbours fire pit was going to melt the side of our trailer it was that close.
Check-in was easy and the staff are friendly. The park is clean and quiet and everyone is polite. There wasn't any late noise. It's a nice park, but it's not to the KOA standard. We'll go to the KOA name again, just not this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I visited here for the first time Our son & family invited us to see what we were missing sitting at home. The rain didn't wash away our enthusiasm for nature ??? Nice clear lots. We love it ? There's little log cabins for rent also! So worth it! There is a very clean swimming area for the young one's. A dock at shore , a floating dock & canoes??Clean Wash rooms/Showers, My grand kids love this beautiful & friendly camp ground where the pines sing lol?they couldn't wait to show their Shomis & Coco around???? This KOA has an arcade downstairs inside the front Office /Shop at the entrance if U dont like the rain☔ A huge area for outdoor activities like A blow up trampoline ,Gulf & gulf carts ect. ?☺️We'll be back but this time we'll be the ones camping ?️ ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant even Express in words how much we enjoyed our stay at this place the owners are so nice and sweet genuine people and so were all the guests such clean bathrooms and showers the best customer service I have ever encountered in my life and I'm already planning my next trip back there .
